OCG Rulings
- If "Wattchimera" attacks your opponent directly but does not inflict Battle Damage, then its effect to return one card to the top of the Deck does not activate.[1]
- If "Wattchimera" inflicts 0 Battle Damage to your opponent, then it is not treated as a successful direct attack, so the effect of "Wattchimera" does not activate.[1]
