- Q: My opponent's "Hypnosister" declares an attack, targeting my face-up "Risebell the Summoner". At this time, if I activate the effect of "Wattkinetic Puppeteer" and target the attacking "Hypnosister", what happens?
- A: Even if an opponent's monster declares an attack, but you activate the effect of "Wattkinetic Puppeteer" so that the attacking monster moves to a different Monster Zone, the attack is not negated and no replay occurs. (In this scenario, your opponent's "Hypnosister" battles "Risebell the Summoner" normally.)[1]
