Card Rulings:Witchcrafter Creation
OCG Rulings
- This card's effect that adds a "Witchcrafter" monster from your Deck to your hand is the effect that is applied by activating this card. (It does not target.)[1]
- This card's effect that adds it from your GY to your hand starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (It does not target.)[1]
- This effect can be activated during your own End Phase if this card is present in your GY and a "Witchcrafter" monster is face-up in your Monster Zone. (However, you cannot activate this effect during the turn you activated a "Witchcrafter Creation".)[1]
- When resolving this card's effect that adds it to your hand, even if you no longer have a "Witchcrafter" monster face-up in your Monster Zone, the effect is applied normally.[1]
Q&A Rulings
- Q: "Witchcrafter Haine" is face-up in my Monster Zone, and "Witchcrafter Creation" and "Witchcrafter Holiday" are both in my GY. In this situation, when I reach the End Phase of my turn, how do I activate and resolve the effects of "Witchcrafter Creation" and "Witchcrafter Holiday"?
- A: If you want to activate the effects of both "Witchcrafter Creation" and "Witchcrafter Holiday" during your End Phase, each is activated and resolved separately. (You do not activate their effects on the same Chain.)[2][3]
