Q&A Rulings
- Q: When activating the effect of a "Witchcrafter Genni" in my GY, can I banish a "Witchcrafter Bystreet" or "Witchcrafter Scroll"?
- A: "Witchcrafter Bystreet" and "Witchcrafter Scroll" are Spell Cards without an effect that applies when they resolve, so when you activate the effect of a "Witchcrafter Genni" in your GY, you cannot banish "Witchcrafter Bystreet" or "Witchcrafter Scroll" for the cost.[2][3]
