OCG Rulings
- This card's effect that prevents your opponent from activating cards or effects when "Yosenju" monsters are Normal or Special Summoned is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand. (It does not target. Discarding "Yosenju Izna" is the cost to activate its effect.)[1]
- During the turn this effect is applied, if a "Yosenju" monster is Normal or Special Summoned face-up, your opponent cannot activate cards such as Torrential Tribute at that time.[1]
- This card's effect that allows you to draw a card is an Ignition Effect. (It does not target.)[1]
- This card's effect that returns it to the hand is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. It must be activated once during the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal Summoned.)[1]
