OCG Rulings
- This effect targets one Level 4 or lower "Wind-Up" monster on your field. The selected monster is returned to your hand when resolving the effect.[1]
- You cannot activate this card during the Damage Step.[1]
- Xyz Monsters do not have Levels, so you cannot activate this card by targeting "Wind-Up Zenmaister".[1]
