Card Rulings talk:Double Spell

anyone realize that the rulings are very conflicting? the entire time it talks about the card you are "activating" and that it cannot be "activated" under certain conditions. then at the end it talks about why other cards effects don't work, because the card you are "activating" is not being "activated". someone needs to reword the whole thing or realize they made a mistake.

Here are some quotes:

"You select the card you are activating in your opponent's Graveyard when you activate "Double Spell". "Double Spell" can then be chained to after you announce your selection.[1]"

"Spell Counters: When "Double Spell" is played, you get a Spell Counter on this monster for the activation of "Double Spell", but not for the target of "Double Spell" because the target is never activated; so you get 1 Spell Counter on this monster." —This unsigned comment was made by 69.109.113.92 (talkcontribs) 19:17, November 15, 2009

"Double Spell" has received an errata - you don't activate the Spell Card, you "use" it. You can see the latest errata here. That ruling mentions the copied Spell Card activating because it was written before the errata, and wasn't re-written to accommodate the new text. Just replace "activating" with "using", and the ruling is still valid.
