Reference

They're TCG. When the site started adding rulings, we usually only added TCG ones, so the header "TCG Rulings" was considered redundant. And we didn't bother with the references. The rulings all came from the one place, so it seemed redundant. Anyone added a reference now. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:08, November 8, 2009 (UTC)
