if "Macro Cosmos" or "Dimensional Fissure" are on the field, can the effect be activated? like how your opponent can't declare an attack if either 1 of those are up w/ "Gravekeeper's Servant" --> RyuSenshi 02:20, September 25, 2009 (UTC)

For "Iron Chain Dragon", sending the cards to the Graveyard is an effect. You can activate the effect, and it will resolve as much as possible - the cards will be removed from play instead.

For "Gravekeeper's Servant", sending the card to the Graveyard is a cost. You cannot pay the cost, so you cannot do the action.
