Can this card be sent to the graveyard with counters to special summon a monster during your battle phase? If so can the summoned monster attack during the battle phase it is summoned? Out Of Order 23:45, May 5, 2010 (UTC)

No. You can only activate the effects of Continuous Spell Cards during your Main Phases unless the card states otherwise. During the Battle Phase, you can only activate Spell Speed 2 and higher effects/cards, unless a card states otherwise. DemonGodAsura 00:14, May 6, 2010 (UTC)
