- This card can be searched by "Trap Trick", "Trap Tracks", "Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle", "Lilith, Lady of Lament", "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Angel of Blue Tears", "Farewelcome Labrynth", "Labrynth Set-Up", and other generic searchers.
- Combine this card with "Exchange", "Lullaby of Obedience", or "Gift Exchange" to cause problems for your opponent without impacting your own strategy.
- This card works best in mirror matches because you have cards that your opponent will also have.
- Against "Dark World" decks (if this is a mirror match or you play cards like "Exchange" or "Amazoness Chain Master") use this card to banish "Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World", "The Gates of Dark World", or "Snoww, Unlight of Dark World", thereby taking out their main search/draw/destruction/powerhouse.
- If you've got a strong battle formation, you could use this card to banish Staples that could prevent your victory, such as "Bottomless Trap Hole", "Torrential Tribute", and "Vanity's Emptiness".
- To ease the things: Use "Dark Designator" to add 1 monster from your choice to your opponent's hand before taking it with "Exchange" and ban it by this effect .
- You can use this card in an "Infernity" Deck to banish a staple card your opponent will probably have as well; "Infernities" benefit from having less cards in hand, and their Special Summoning combos usually result in solid formations on the field, possibly making your staple card unnecessary.
