Card Tips:Chaos Necromancer
- This card can be searched by "Nightmare Throne", "Ariane the Labrynth Servant", "Piri Reis Map", "Soul Resonator", "Resonator Command", "Frightfur Meister", "Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy", "Stygian Security", "Lucent, Netherlord of Dark World", "Sky Scourge Cidhels", "Mystic Potato", "Mystic Tomato", "Chaos Zone", "Gizmek Makami, the Ferocious Fanged Fortress", "Gizmek Uka, the Festive Fox of Fecundity", "One for One", "Where Arf Thou?", "Jack-In-The-Hand", "Zombowwow", "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing", "Small Scuffle", "Mimiclay", "Packet Link", "Serpentine Princess", "Battle Royal Mode - Joining", "Vampire Dragon", "Rescue Ferret", "Umbramirage the Elemental Lord", "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- "Magical Merchant" can be used to send a large amount of monsters to the Graveyard. After that, this card can be salvaged from the Graveyard by the effect of "Recurring Nightmare".
- You can use "Opti-Camouflage Armor" to make this card able to attack your opponent's LP directly.
- If you're going for an Direct Attack OTK, you'll need 27 monsters in your Graveyard (27 * 300 = 8100). However, if this card is Special Summoned (except during the Damage Step), you can use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to summon 2 more copies of this card, and you'll only need 9 monsters in your Graveyard.
- One deck strategy is to use a large, possibly overloaded deck filled with nothing but searcher Monsters and this card. This card will power up for every one of your searchers destroyed, and you can use "Mystic Tomato" to Special Summon it once the Graveyard is sufficiently flooded.
- This card can be used in conjunction with "Dark Crusader", simply send a vast amount of DARK monsters to the graveyard, powering up "Dark Crusader". If it should be destroyed, this card can serve as a backup, gaining the ATK of whatever monsters were discarded for "Dark Crusader's" effect.
- This card works exceptionally well in a Lightsworn Deck, given that it is not milled by accident. A good backup in case this happens is "Shadow Ghoul" or "Deal of Phantom"
- "Imperial Iron Wall" works exceptionally well with this card.
- Use with "Deal of Phantom" for higher ATK.
- Use with "Junk Warrior" and a sufficiently flooded graveyard to produce two monsters with very high ATK.
- This card works well in a Skull Servants deck, using "Foolish Burial", "Armageddon Knight", "The Lady in Wight", "Dark World Dealings", "Broww, Huntsman of Dark World", "Thunder Dragon", "One for One" and "Graceful Revival". This will let you get monsters in the graveyard faster while thinning your deck in addition to getting easier special summons from your Deck or Graveyard for either "King of the Skull Servants" or this card.
- Use "Limit Reverse" to summon this card from the Graveyard.
- This card can be used with "Heart of the Underdog" and many Normal monsters since you have to discard cards until you have six at the end of the turn.
- Since Decks centering on this Monster tend to dump dozens of cards, "Blasting the Ruins" can often be a useful backup tactic.
- This card can be used in any deck that focuses on decks that rely on cards in the Graveyard like Wight and "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon", and decks focused around discarding cards like Dark World and Armed Dragon.
Traditional Format[edit]
- This card can be searched by "Last Will".
- You can use "Future Fusion" and reveal "Five-Headed Dragon" to send 5 Dragon-Type monsters to the Graveyard.
- "Painful Choice" can also be used to send monsters to the Graveyard.
