- This card can be Special Summoned by "Spellbook of Life". "Spellbook of Life" also increases "Dark's" Level and thus ATK.
- This card combos well with "Fortune Lady Water", giving you an extra attack, as well as two additional cards.
- Equip this card with "Synchro Boost" to give it 500 ATK and increase its level by one giving it an additional 400 ATK.
- This card also works well with "Fortune Lady Fire" - you can destroy an opponent's monster and gain an additional attack.
- This card's name and effects work well with "Hundred Eyes Dragon", giving it two advantages.
- Use "Give and Take" to give a major level boost to this card to improve its ATK power until the end of the turn. Choose high level monsters with a weak ATK, such as "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" or "Regenerating Rose" to make an open target and high ATK boost.
- The monster which was summoned by "Give and Take" can be used for "Fortune Lady Dark's" effect.
- If your opponent controls at least 1 monster, you can use "Give and Take" to Special Summon a monster with a high level and a high ATK and to increase the level of "Fortune Lady Dark". Then, with the high ATK of "Fortune Lady Dark", you can easily destroy a monster that was not Special Summoned with "Give and Take", and inflict damage if that monster was in Attack Position. Then, Special Summon a "Fortune Lady Fire" with "Fortune Lady Dark's" effect and destroy the monster which was Special Summoned with "Give and Take" with "Fortune Lady Fire's" to inflict damage to your opponent.
- With "King Tiger Wanghu" on the field with this card and a "Fortune Lady Light" in the Graveyard, you can create a massive field advantage whenever "Fortune Lady Dark" destroys a monster by battle.
- With "Time Passage", this card can become the perfect candidate for "Deck Devastation Virus" and "Eradicator Epidemic Virus".
- Tribute "Fortune Lady Dark" for another "Fortune Lady Dark" so that when you destroy an opponent's Monster by battle, you will be able to Special Summon the first and continue the swarming process if there is another Monster on your opponent's side of the field.
- Alternately tribute "Fortune Lady Water" or "Fortune Lady Fire" to summon this card and when opponent monster is destroyed by her attack. You can draw 2 card or destroy another monster and inflict damage to opponent.
- After this card destroys opponent's monster and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon "Fortune Lady Earth" and during the Main Phase 2, Tribute both "Dark" and "Earth" to Special Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".
- When this card was at least 3 turns out, you can use "Diffusion Wave-Motion" to attack all monsters your opponent has and to revive 1 "Fortune Lady" in your graveyard for every successful attack.
