Card Tips:Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon
- Use this card's effect to take control of an opponent's Xyz Monster and change its name to "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon", then use that monster, now a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster, to Xyz Summon either:
- Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon
- Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon
- or (if it is a Rank 8 Xyz Monster) "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon", giving yourself a powerful monster and preventing your opponent from getting their monster back.
- Alternatively, a Level 5 or higher monster your opponents control can be taken, and activate "Galaxy Expedition" since the monster taken by this effect is treated as a "Galaxy" monster.
