Card Tips:Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon
- Combo this card with "Xyz Override" to get mileage out of its effect.
- The same tactics that can be abused with "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" have even more potential with this card.
- If this card's effect takes control of three Rank 8 Xyz Monsters, use them to rank up into "Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon", "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon", AND "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon" - destroying two opposing cards with "Full Armor" and "Cipher Blade" - so your opponent does not get their monsters back during the End Phase, and an OTK can be pushed on your next turn.
- Similar, if the opposing Level 8 monsters are taken, they can be used with "Galaxy Expedition" to Summon "Galaxy Knight" or "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", then use them and your opponent's monsters for at least one Rank 8 Xyz Summon.
- If the monsters taken by this card's effect aren't Xyz Monsters, Level 4 (for "Cipher Wing") or Level 8 (for "Galaxy Expedition"), then "Galaxy Queen's Light" can be used with a Level 8 "Galaxy" monster to have them all become Level 8, and be used for Rank 8 Xyz Summons.
- After summoning this card with "Rank-Up-Magic Cipher Ascension", you can use this card's effect to take control of up to three of the opponent's Level 4 or higher monsters, and have it gain 500 ATK for each one (thanks to "Ascension"'s secondary effect).
