  • "Astral Kuriboh" can be used as a material to summon this card, giving it blanket destruction protection effect without having to detach an Xyz material to prevent its destruction.
  • "Number Wall" can make this a very difficult card to get rid off especially if your opponent has no "Number" monsters.
  • Use this card to recycle "Tour Guide From the Underworld" as well as potential targets for its effect.
  • This card goes very well with "Fairy Box". Even if you call it wrong, you can save "Fortune Tune" by detaching an Xyz Material. Plus, it can give back the 500 LP you pay to keep "Fairy Box" out.
  • In a Deck that is focused around Instant Xyz Summoning Rank 3 monsters, while at the same time being milled, this card would be particularly useful for sending cards back to the Deck, such as "Crane Crane" and "Tour Guide From the Underworld" to continue to Xyz summon and stay in the Duel longer.
    • In a scenario where nearly all monsters in your Deck would be in the Graveyard, it would be best to use at least one "Tour Bus From the Underworld" as one of this card's Xyz Material. This way you could restore up to 3 cards to your Deck.
    • If using "Crane Crane" (possibly along with "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind"), one could also use "Icarus Attack", as "Crane Crane" and this card are both targets, and this card's effect will still activate, since it's a mandatory effect.
  • You can use this card to return 2 "Geargiano Mk-II" from the graveyard to the Deck to Special Summon them later with "Geargiagear".
  • This card can be useful in a "Sylvan" Deck: you can Xyz Summon it with "Sylvan Marshalleaf" and "Dandylion"; when "Dandylion" be detached, the Fluff Tokens will be Summoned. Also, you can use this card to recycle 2 "Sylvan Marshalleaf" and be able to excavate them later in the Duel and trigger their effects or "Dandylion"/"Lonefire Blossom" and "Kuribandit".
    • To Xyz Summon this card, you can also Special Summon "Sylvan Princessprout" with its own effect, as a Level 3 monster.
  • This card is useful in a "Graydle" engine that uses small numbers of the archetype's Level 3 monsters, in order to recycle Graydles for the sake of using "Graydle Split".
