- Use "Galaxy Wizard", "Galaxy Expedition", "Galaxy Tyranno" or "Galaxy Knight" with "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" to Xyz Summon this card.
- This card can also be Xyz Summoned by using "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" on "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum", but it won't have "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as Material to reach full power.
- This card can be easily protected by "Number Wall". If it revived itself with its own effect, its high ATK will make it very difficult to destroy.
- After this card has revived itself with its own effect, "Numbers Overlay Boost" or "Glorious Numbers" can be used to attach a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from your hand to it to bring it back to full power.
- After this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect, "Pyro Clock of Destiny" can be used to speed up its revival.
- After this card has either exhausted all of its Xyz Materials or does not have "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as an Xyz Material, Xyz Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon" using this card so that you have a beatstick that doesn't impair its own damage output.
