Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon
  • A "Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon" can be used to Xyz Summon this card that has either run out of Xyz Materials or does not have a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as an Xyz Material, so that there is a monster who can put forth a reliable amount of damage without being hindered by its own effect.
  • Use this card's effect to send "Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon" from your Deck to the Graveyard, so its effect can be make used to attach itself to a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster later.
  • Use this card to send "The White Stone of Legend" and "Eclipse Wyvern" and trigger their effects; "Eclipse Wyvern" can then be banished from your Graveyard with cards like "Black Dragon Collapserpent", "Chaos Sorcerer", etc, adding to your hand the Dragon-Type monster banished by its effect.
    • Alternately, since this card sends three Dragons to the Graveyard, "Dragon's Mirror" can then be played to banish "Eclipse Wyvern" and four other Dragons (assuming there were two in your Graveyard to start with) to Fusion Summon "Five-Headed Dragon" and get the banished Dragon-Type monster to your hand.

Traditional Format[edit]

  • This card's effect can be used to send "Dragon Rulers" from your Deck to the Graveyard for later revival via their own effects, or banishment to add more Dragon-Type monsters to your hand.
    • Send "Blaster" (or "Tempest"), "Tidal" and "Redox" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Blaster" (or "Tempest") by banishing "Tidal" and "Redox", then use their effects to search "Mythic Water Dragon" and "Mythic Tree Dragon". Normal Summon "Mythic Tree Dragon" and Special Summon "Mythic Water Dragon" by its own condition, then activate the effect of "Mythic Tree Dragon". Finally, a Rank 8 Monster will be able to be Xyz Summoned.
      • Alternatively, a "Dragon Ruler" can be Special Summoned by banishing "Tempest", use its effect to search "Debris Dragon", and then Normal Summon it and Synchro Summon "Star Eater".
