Traditional Format[edit]
- You can also Special Summon this card with "Forbidden Trapezohedron", but you will not be able to activate its effect.
- You can Xyz Summon this card with "Wonder Xyz" when you control a "Outer Entity Nyarla". It is more effective if you do this during your opponent's Draw Phase, so that your opponent will be locked out of activating Monster Effects during their own turn.
- If you have a Level 4 Synchro Monster in your Field or Graveyard, you can use "Instant Fusion" or "Forbidden Trapezohedron" to Special Summon "Elder Entity Norden", then use its effect to Special Summon a Level 4 Synchro Monster from your Graveyard. Then, Xyz Summon "Outer Entity Nyarla" and Xyz Summon this card, thus having a Fusion, Synchro and Xyz Monsters as Material.
- You can summon this card during your turn to prevent your opponent from disrupting other actions during your turn with a Hand trap.
- You can Xyz Summon this card with the effect of "Tellarknight Ptolemaeus". It is more effective if you do this during your opponent's Draw Phase, so that your opponent will be locked out of activating Monster Effects during their own turn.
- You can Xyz Summon this card using "The Phantom Knights' Rank-Up-Magic Launch" on a Rank 4 DARK monster.
