- This card can be searched by "Gemini Ablation", "Horn of Olifant", "Chemicritter Carbo Crab", "Woodland Archer", "Infernoble Knight - Roland", "Wake Up Your Elemental HERO", "Infernoble Knight Captain Roland", "Iron Knight", any "Igknight" monster (except "Champion" and "Lancer"), "Link Party", and other generic searchers.
- This can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Flame Ruler" and "The First Monarch".
- Discard this card to activate the effect of "Black Brutdrago". When "Black Brutdrago" is later destroyed, this card can be Special Summoned with its effect activated.
- Equip one of your opponent's monster with "Big Bang Shot", so this card's second effect can be used to remove "Big Bang Shot" and save your monsters as well as removing your opponent's monster from play.
- Alternatively, use "Black Pendant" and inflict 500 damage to your opponent while negating the Spell, or "Supervise" and Summon a Gemini monster.
- Use "Foolish Burial" and "Birthright" to Special Summon it fast. This also lets yourself Summon it a second time on the same turn.
- "Trade-In" can be used with this card.
- This card can also be Summoned from the Graveyard with "Blazewing Butterfly" or "Blue Flame Swordsman".
- Negating an enemy Spell keeps yourself from bringing a monster from the grave with this card's other effect. To bypass this "Supervise" can be used to fuel the negate effect, that way the ability can be retained to bring back your monsters.
- This card can be used with "Gilford the Legend" to be able to protect your monsters from a lot of Spells and Traps.
- This card can be Special Summoned from your hand with "Blazing Hiita". Then, this card can be Gemini Summoned in the same turn.
- Use this card with "Dragunity" monsters to back them up against your opponent's Spell or Trap Cards.
- "Horn of the Unicorn" works very well with this card.
- "Gemini Booster" can be used with this card for an attack boost. Use an effect that destroys Equip Cards to use the secondary effect of "Gemini Booster" to give this card its effect.
- This card works well with "Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade" because that Spell can constantly be resurrected by banishing two Warrior-Type monsters from your Graveyard.
- This card works well in a "Phoenix Revival" Deck
