Card Tips:Rainbow Overdragon
- Use "Future Fusion" or "Ultimate Crystal Magic" to send 7 "Crystal Beast" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard to set up for the Summoning of "Rainbow Dragon" (and "Rainbow Dark Dragon", if "Advanced Dark" is on the field or "Rainbow Gravity" is used). If "Future Fusion" leaves the field before this card is Summoned (but after sending the materials to the GY), you can still Tribute that "Rainbow Dragon"/"Rainbow Dark Dragon", or use "Dragon's Mirror", to Summon this card.
- "Dragon's Mirror" can especially be used to summon this card if all "Ultimate Crystal" monsters in your hand have been Special Summoned after the second effect of "Future Fusion" resolves, easily putting over 8000 damage on the field just from activating "Future Fusion", as "Rainbow Dragon" and "Rainbow Dark Dragon" are not restricted to being Special Summoned once per turn.
Traditional Format[edit]
- Make sure "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" is in your GY, then Tribute "Phantom of Chaos" for "The Tyrant Neptune". Use "The Tyrant Neptune" to copy "Phantom of Chaos"'s effect, then use its effect to banish "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon". Tribute "The Tyrant Neptune" to bring out this card faster.
