Card Tips:Shadow Ghoul
- This card can be searched by "Glow-Up Bloom", "Pyramid Turtle", "Eldlixir of Black Awakening", "Eldlixir of Scarlet Sanguine", "Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy", "Chaos Zone", "Chaos-End Master", "Imperial Princess Quinquery", "Rescue Ferret", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- Dedicated "Shadow Ghoul" Decks lend themselves to use of "Blasting the Ruins" due to the ridiculous rate at which monsters hit the Graveyard.
- "Shadow Ghoul" Decks also benefit from "Deal of Phantom", effectively bestowing the effect of "Shadow Ghoul" to any monster, or doubling the potency of a "Shadow Ghoul" already in play.
- Lightsworn Decks can use either this card or "Chaos Necromancer" to balance out the self Deck destruction they cause.
- Use "Future Fusion" and select a monster with multiple Fusion Material monsters, like "Chimeratech Overdragon", to increase the amount of monsters in the Graveyard.
- You can also use "Foolish Burial", "Magical Merchant" or any monster able to summon more copies of itself (like "Giant Germ", "Mystic Tomato" or "Pyramid Turtle") to fill your Graveyard.
- You can use "Needlebug Nest" to send monsters to the Graveyard.
Traditional Format[edit]
- Use "Painful Choice" to fill your Graveyard with monsters to increase this monster's ATK.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel[edit]
- Use cards like "Graceful Charity", "Magical Stone Excavation", or "Release Wrath" to help get monsters into your Graveyard.
- Use "Ghost Vicious" to let this card attack twice.
