Card Tips:Slash Draw
- This card can be searched by "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic", and other generic searchers.
- Aside from the intended purposes of potentially dealing massive damage, this card can be used to manipulate the Graveyard by discarding other cards that have their effects in the Graveyard, then using its milling and shuffling effect to manipulate GY for resource recovery and set up plays. With draw 1 as a bonus.
- "Card Advance" can be used to re-arrange the order of 5 cards on top of the Deck. If the opponent has 4 or less cards on their side of the field, it can be used to put "Slash Draw" in the right position in order to be drawn after sending the correct number of cards to the GY.
- This card can be very devastating in a "Lightsworn" Deck. Its effect can accelerate the discarding of "Lightsworn" Monster Cards in general. The same idea can be applied to a Dragon Deck applied with "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" and "Red-Eyes Wyvern".
- You can use this card in a "Burning Abyss" or "Super Quant" deck to send "Burning Abyss" and "Super Quantum" monsters en masse to the GY from the Deck. However, if you did not draw another copy of "Slash Draw" with this card's effect and wish to activate the sent cards' GY based Trigger Effects, you need to have other cards in your GY to shuffle into your Deck to ensure that the sent cards remain in your GY so their effects can be activated. Even the discard cost to activate this card can be used to trigger the effects of monsters in those archetypes if said monsters are discarded.
