Activate that trap card (-1), flip "Worm Apocalypse" face-up to destroy 1 Spell/Trap (+0). During the End Phase, it's flipped face-down again and you draw one card from your Deck (+1). Then, Special Summon "Worm King" (+2). During your next turn, you can re-flip it face-up to destroy another Spell/Trap (+3 overall). After all that, you can release "Worm Apocalypse" to destroy one card on your opponent's side of the field with "Worm King's" effect.
