Effect activation?

Is it possible to save your own monsters from Sakaretsu Armour, Magic Cylinder, etc. using this card? I'm not going to put it down onto the tips until I'm sure that it's possible. Yumil Recian (talk • contribs) 20:38, February 11, 2013 (UTC)
