Adding additonal content

Some months ago, there was a wall of text describing how to Summon this card effectively. it was modified and changed so that much less descriptive methods was listed, that doesn't really describe what to do for players who either maybe new to the game, or just may not have figured it out yet. Problem is, when you look at another card tips page, say "Shooting Star Dragon", there is also a wall of text for the same reasons. Difference is, those pages appear to be sectioned, where summoning, uses, and counters of the card are seperate. If we were to undo those edits, naybe restructure the text more so it won't be so wordy, and section it off, then we should bring back some of those strategies that people posted. Just my thoughts on that.

P.S. I'm only asking because I don't know the rules of the wiki, so if anyone who has been here long enough to explain why or why not this is possible would be greatly appreciated. —This unsigned comment was made by Yuseiisagod (talk • contribs) 13:11, May 27, 2011‎ (UTC)

Please don't remove other people's contributions without a real reason

I don't appreciate GustaphMax removing the only Quasar strategy that has a chance to win in the current format to keep the outdated unizombie combo.

Please do not remove other people's work when you don't know how to play the game, especially since you also removed my generic level 5 tuner + level eater combo. It took a hell of a lot of research on my part to find these combos and I got lucky with a forum member on pojo handing me them when I was figuring out a subpar, lesser versions of them. I post here to make it readily accessible and then some guy removes it all saying we don't need two uni-zombie combos and keeps the old outdated one.

The combo I posted takes up less extra deck space of the other one, lets you draw 10 cards, guarantees a 3rd quasar if you include soul charge and left arm offering in your deck, and synergizes with the weaker double quasar combo that starts with a generic level 5 tuner, and he removes both because "we don't need two uni-zombie combos". You're right. In that case, I removed that tip you said was outdated, O almighty omniscient entity of all Shooting Quasar combos. Also, I reworded your tip to summarize it a little and corrected a phrase in which you said to Synchro Summon "Baxia" by using "Formula Synchron" and "Tatsunoko"; I replaced "Formula" with "Taotie". I removed that "the key [...]" tips because they were to vague and added nothing to the mix, so there's no reason to state which is the ~key~ to Summoning a card if there is a plethora of tips right below that vague one. I guess there's no point in contributing on this wiki

Every time I try to add something someone just deletes it all. Without caring how much time and effort the contribution took, without regard that other people playing the older video games might be interested in the combos, and without any effort to preserve the data like on a separate page for old combos for old formats, just like that everyone just deletes everything.

I came here to post another quasar combo doable with link summons, but I'm not doing that, since what's the point. Some guy is just gonna delete it all again for the most stupid reasons anyways. I was wondering why no one posts combos on this wiki and now I know why, because some guy who doesn't know what the **** he's doing is just gonna delete all your hard work for no reason whatsoever. I was stupid to think wikis were useful. It's sad when random youtube videos and random forum posts are a much better resource than a wiki.Someonenoone11 (talk • contribs) 18:16, August 13, 2017 (UTC)

None of the previous Tips used Link Monsters, right? If you want, post your combo in this Wikia's forum or your user page - nobody will delete those - then, if others agree with it being pratical, using the fewer cards as possible, and working with the new rules, then put here. --Missign0 (talk • contribs) 18:34, August 13, 2017 (UTC)
