• During the 2015 World Championship Finals, former World Champion Galileo De Obaldia accidentally placed his "Flame Ghost" into the Main Deck and tried to return it to the Extra Deck without permission. However, his opponent Hiyama Shunsuke decided not to push it and ended up winning the Championship.
