- This card was 1 of 3 cards designed by fans in the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Design Your Destiny Card Contest" held by Upper Deck Entertainment and 4Kids that were made as real cards for Gladiator's Assault. The other 2 cards were "Dragon Ice" and "Tongue Twister".
- It should be noted that only the artworks were submitted, and nothing else, as confirmed in a post by Jerome McHale.
- This card was the winner of the 8-12 age division in that contest. The artist was Krystian L. of W Halls, Tennessee.
- This monster is similar in appearance to the Numb Body enemy found in Silent Hill 3.
