- This monster appears in the card artwork of "Divine Evolution" in its evolved form from the Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! R, when this card is upgraded via "Divine Evolution", its neck grows longer, its fingers become sharper and its legs transform into a serpentine body. This form is the one most commonly used for its limited appearances and card artwork in the manga, with the exception of its Summoning in Yu-Gi-Oh! R Duel Round 10: "A World Ruled by Terror!!".
- This card is the Wicked God counterpart to the Egyptian God card, "Obelisk the Tormentor".
- This monster resembles a skeletal version of "Obelisk".
