  • This card is based on the totem poles, a series of monumental sculptures carved from trees by a number of Indigenous cultures along the Pacific northwest coast of North America.
  • This card's artwork and effect is similar to "Command Silencer".
  • The three faces on the totem pole is a reference to the number of times this card can negate attacks before its destruction.
  • The three faces on the totem pole resemble the Egyptian Gods: The top yellow eagle resembles "The Winged Dragon of Ra", the middle blue face resembles the vicious face of "Obelisk the Tormentor", and the bottom red face has a similar color scheme to "Slifer the Sky Dragon".
  • Despite Yusei receiving this card from Tenzen Yanagi in episode 10 of the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime, he is never seen using it afterwards.
