Card Trivia:Warrior of Zera
- The "Zera" in this card's name is Hebrew for "seed", which possibly reflects this monster being the origin of the Zera series. Indeed, this monster appears to have multiple destinies in its storyline:
- One path involves this monster transforming into "Zera the Mant", as seen in the artwork of "Zera Ritual" (the Ritual Spell required for "Zera the Mant").
- This is supported by the fact that "Zera the Mant's" appearance is based on this monster's sword's hilt.
- Another path seems to be this monster ending up in "Pandemonium", allying with the "Archfiends" and transforming into "Mazera DeVille", as indicated by that card's Summoning conditions and hinted by this card's flavor text.
- Another path appears to be this monster making his way to "The Sanctuary in the Sky" and eventually transforming into "Archlord Zerato", as indicated by that card's Summoning conditions and hinted by this card's flavor text.
- "Zeradias, Herald of Heaven" and "Angel of Zera" appear to be related to this path, but it is ultimately unknown if they belong to the same destiny or different destinies.
- It is also possible that the above described destiny was subverted, as indicated by "Darklord Zerato". However, the current role of Dark counterparts with regards to their original forms is unknown.
- Finally, another destiny appears to be this monster dying and being revived as his Zombie counterpart "Alghoul Mazera".
- One path involves this monster transforming into "Zera the Mant", as seen in the artwork of "Zera Ritual" (the Ritual Spell required for "Zera the Mant").
- This monster's storyline is very similar to that of "Warrior Dai Grepher", with both having multiple destinies and multiple forms, both good and evil.
- In addition, both cards have a name starting with "Warrior" and near identical stats, the only difference being their ATK.
