  • This monster appears in the artwork of "Overlay Marker".
  • This card has the highest Rank of any "Wind-Up" Xyz Monster.
  • This monster is a combination of the other "Wind-Up" Xyz Monsters. This monster's construction is also depicted in the artwork of "Zenmailstrom".
    • Its lower half is derived from "Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity".
    • Its chest and arms are built with parts from "Wind-Up Zenmaines".
    • Its back has the same rocket boosters as "Wind-Up Zenmaister".
    • The armor on the side of its body resembles "Zenmaister's" lower body.
  • This monster could be a reference to Getter 2 from the Getter Robo manga. It has red legs, its main body is yellow, the parts on top are white and it also possesses the same weapons as it: a drill as one arm and a claw as the other arm.
    • Additionally, the Getter Machines had the ability to swap out and recombine with each other's parts, similar to how this monster is made up of different "Wind-Up" Xyz Monsters.
    • This card could also be a reference to Super Sentai, as many of the latter's combination robots have names that ends with "-oh", for example "Shinkenoh" from Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.
    • Coincidentally, the Super Sentai series aired during the same timeframe as this card's release (which is Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger).
      • "-oh" in the Super Sentai's robots' name, means "king" (just like in this card's name.
  • This card and "Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity" have a third word in their English name, unlike the two other "Wind-Up" Xyz Monsters, "Wind-Up Zenmaister" and "Wind-Up Zenmaines". Also, both "Zenmaioh" and "Zenmaity" were released in the same set in TCG.
  • This card's effect is a reference the effects of the 3 parts that make up this monster. The card destruction comes from "Wind-Up Zenmaines", the targets having to be Set comes from "Wind-Up Zenmaister" and its effect to Set monsters, and finally, the two-cards targeting effect comes from "Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity", having 2 different effects.
