Dorian Shelley, known as Muho Tenchi in the Japanese version, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival.

Dorian's Japanese name can be literally read as "Universe in disorder", tying the cosmogonical definition of "chaos" to his use of "Chaos Dragon" Decks. ほう can also be read as "outrage" or "injustice", alluding to his in-game profile.

A police officer in Heartland City.

A realist willing to use anyone, even criminals, for the sake of following his own sense of justice.
Formerly a detective, he was seriously injured during the investigation of a certain case, and was forced to withdraw from the forefront.

The cause of his injury was "a unique kind of duel in which damage was realised", and since that day, he has been very wary about duels.
His opponent in that duel was his partner at the time, who went missing after Tenchi himself was knocked out cold.
After that, the upper brass pressured the investigation into being terminated inconclusively, and the truth behind the incident was left in darkness.

Having been betrayed by his trusted partner, he no longer can trust in other people at all, and in order to find out the truth behind the case, he continues to search for his former partner on his own to uncover the motives behind his actions.
