Does anybody know if there are any cards that restrict both players from setting future spells and traps?
You see, I wanted to do this combo with Tualatin:
Activate Light of Intervention so no cards can be set. Get all monsters destroyed and Tualatin special summoned. Name the attribute and destroy all opponents monsters. Use a card that destroys all opponents spells and traps. Activate the card that restricts players from setting spells and traps. Get hackin away.
Actually, I don't know any cards that can destroy only the opponents spells and traps either. Does anybody know any card like that too? And if anybody can think of a way to improve this combo, would you mind commenting?
Basically the combo is to destroy all the opponents monsters, spells, and traps, restrict them from summoning or special summoning, restrict them from setting spells or traps, and then directly attack until it's game.

Correct, Dark Simorgh is the one card you most want, it will keep them from placing ANY face-down cards, monsters, spells, traps, anything. That does sound lethal when combined with Tualatin (Tualatin is one of my 100 favorite cards...). Of course, Tualatin's not so good if you're facing an opponent who uses more than one kind of monster... Speedball 05:07, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
