Forum:/Assault Mode for Everyone?

Now I have heard about Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode and Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode heck there are a couple of other /Assault mode monsters as well. What I am wondering is will they ever give an assault mode to the others? Like Black Rose Dragon or even Power Tool Dragon and his sister Ancient Fairy Dragon? Or will they be left in the dust? Hopefully they and many other cards will be 'assault' moded. Just imagine it, BRD assault mode, I wonder what kind of effects would it have? Would it simply destroy everything on your opponent's side of the field? But what do you all think? I personally think they should give some 'love' to the other dragons in 5D's, like I said before the series is called 5D's(dragons) not Stardust, Red Archfiend and their three friends.

if they did make an assault mode for goyo it wouldnt be that strong. it would be more likely they would just let you summon the monster in attack mode or you can summon 1 monster destroyed by battle per turn.--Chaos soldier 20:35, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

• I don't think they'll be making any more Assault Mode unless they make it more worthwhile to run them. I'm not sure what you all think, but using a trap to special summon a monster isn't exactly my idea of an efficient system (especially when negation is at an all time high). Also, I think a Goyo Guardian/Assault Mode would have an effect such as special summoning your opponent's monster in attack mode, OR my personal fave of special summoning your opponent's monster defense mode and allowing GG/AM to attack again (a la Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning). --Sub (Talk | Contribs) 04:39, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

assualt?

i think the name says it all, when i get my assault card out, thats what i plan to do is assault u with it....

i don't think new assault cards will be out, cuz they are kind of hard.... if any... maybe something lame like junk warrior/ AS idk... but i mean come on not like they can make a great deck out of alot of them, the most u can have in a deck is 3-4 tops! till it just is useless... --Dark Stardust 21:47, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

The following is simply a joke

I would imagine the Nuking affect of Black Rose Dragon, if given a /Buster(/Assault) mode, that it would destroy and remove all other cards... i mean as cool as that would be, i doubt that would be the affect, i just know that i would love to see what a Buster(Assault) mode of BRD would look like ~MEOW~ Might of the BIRD Empire~~ 19:08, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
