Big deeck count on this one. I would like to cut it to 40 but what to take out? I want to try to keep The Tyrant Neptune and Soul Exchange as there my bit of tech for the deck (I tribute an opponants monster and my Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon then target my dragon and recycle his effect).

I'm thinking -1 Axe Dragonute -1 Alexandrite Dragon +1 Chaos Sorcerer to put it at 41?
Dark Simorgh doesn't seem to have any synergy with the deck other than you run Wind and Dark Attributes. Also, Alexandrite Dragon is only good if you're trying to run something like Normal Beatdown. Dragon's Mirror hurts because it takes away from Graveyard resources that you need for REDMD. Smashing Ground is okay but Fissure is redundant removal.

Tour Guide From the Underworld cost way too much and i dont have any your deck dont help me alot but what is the card that looks like its on fire? i think its a dark dragon

If you really want consistency try the L.s. engine.
I've been running this as my rough build, tweak to suit your taste, seems to work well.
