Forum:5 Duel Scoop?!?!

I have noticed that on the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's page, it says that "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's stand for 5 Duel Scoop." But in the previous line is clearly say that the series is based on 5 Powerful Dragon Cards, so 5D's obviously stand for 5 Dragon'S. Do you agree, so I think that either that sentence should be removed or at least changed.

Its assumed that it stands for 5 dragons, and thats my opinion as well. I think it may be best to revert it for now, unless there is proof off some trustworthy ocg site that states it at being 5 duel scoop. To be honest, "5 duel scoop" doesnt seem to be an official title, due to "scooping" being a negative game action. Yami Michael 08:27, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

For me Yu-gi-oh 5 D's can be replicated! Only put a duel disk on a wheelchair with rockets attached than race in the middile of the road! Than put yugi and Kaiba in it, THATS WHAT 5D'S IS just 2 duelist riding motor bikes and playing till one looses LP (Life Points) or crashes and burns :P

its a really stupid name, but it is a name. thats the worst part. why would anyone ruin a cool card game that allready has duel disks, an academy, a little game shop, wierd guys that can transform, demons, diffrent dimensions, people getting hurt when they lose, and holograms, with MOTORBIKES? trust me, its not that bad.Mini neos 17:22, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

Ummm... I know it means "5 Dragons," referring to the 5 Signers and their dragons in the Japanese version, and yeah, they changed that to "5 Duel Scoop" in the English version, but as far as I know, it doesn't come up in the show any, so WAYSC? Yu-Gi-Oh Rules! 20:36, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

The Five Duel Scoop thing was a misinterpation. V-Jump used the term Five Duel Scoop, to refer to a "scoop" of 5 articles regarding the upcoming 5D's series. Many people misunderstood that, and took "Five Duel Scoop" to be what "5D's" stood for.
