Hi. I am Icestrike. I had a Water deck a few years back and recently found it. I checked it and thought it may become better. I do not have infinite cards and many of my choices back then based on the cards I had. But feel free to name any cards that could make the deck better. It's made of 50 cards total.

- First of all, I would suggest cutting the total deck amount to 40 cards, as opposed to 50 cards. This is the Levia-Dragon Deck I use in YGOPro. The main reason for most of these monsters (other than Giga and Deep Diver) are to increase the ATK of each other so they can survive enough turns to tribute summon Levia Dragon, or be destroyed by Big Wave/Small Wave to Special Summon him.
This is not up to entirely up to date, since I have not used it in a while, but I don't think there is anything I would change, except maybe removing Bottomless Trap Hole for Royal Decree or Trap Stun, or another Spell that could help the deck. The Extra Deck is mostly optional, though, hence there only being 5 monsters in it (all of which I only just added, I didn't have an Extra Deck before posting this). Never mind, I forgot Levia-Dragon is level 7, not 8. I also removed the 3 Upstart Goblins since its now Limited for 3 Moray of Greed, but other than that, the Main Deck is unchanged.

Thanks for the answers. I would love to hear more suggestions from more people. Of course I will think about changing it with the cards you suggested. Icestrike2142 (talk • contribs) 16:06, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
Also, I wouldn't consider myself as experienced. I just played casualy against friends. I've learned, that having 40 cards is the best. So; by looking at my deck: what 10 cards would you cancel to make it 40? Thanks in advance ;) Icestrike2142 (talk • contribs) 16:21, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
- I would mostly remove a lot of the traps (other than Gravity Bind of course). Also, take out Lightning Vortex for a single Raigeki. Between Dark Hole, Lightning Vortex, Torrential Tribute, and Raigeki, Raigeki is the best monster removal card. It's Limited for that reason. I would recommend Dark Hole and Torrential Tribute only for a deck focused on Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys and Fire King High Avatar Garunix. Anyway, Moray of Greed would be your best option for draw power in this kind of deck. Get 2 high level backs back into your deck, for example, and then wind up drawing 3 cards you could use instead.--Cyber Dragon (Talk) (Contributions) 17:17, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
What about Pot of Duality? Ain't it better than Moray of Greed because I don't have to have 2 Water Monsters in my hand? I can't special summon that turn but I can use it every time, so it's never a dead draw. What if I dont have 2 Water monsters and draw Moray of Greed? Ain't that chance too high? - That normally would be true, but if you take my deck as an example, every monster I have is WATER-attribute. It'd be the same argument for using Allure of Darkness in a Dark counterparts deck.--Cyber Dragon (Talk) (Contributions) 19:14, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
I see. If you check my 50 cards... can you tell me exactly which cards you would get rid off? And which traps should I keep? You seem to be experienced :) Icestrike2142 (talk • contribs) 20:45, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
- As far as traps go, this would be all I run, at the most, in a Levia-Dragon Ocean Deck:
2-3 Gravity Bind
1-2 Trap Stun OR Royal Decree
1-2 Threatening Roar OR Waboku*
Threatening Roar and Waboku are always good options your opponent can't attack or destroy your monsters in battle, you won't need Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor, etc in your deck. Plus Archfiend Black Skull Dragon, Armades, Keeper of Boundaries, a Junk Warrior affected by Scrap Fist, and a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon affected by Neutron Blast would prevent you from using Mirror Force or any other trap/spell/effects of flip monsters, and any effect that states "When this happens" (such as the effect of Pyramid Turtle) when it attacks. But if you activate Threatening Roar or Waboku, you won't have to worry about anything for a turn. --Cyber Dragon (Talk) (Contributions) 23:00, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
I just cancled 8 cards for now. (Didn't add some cards because I don't have them yet.) Is it better that way? Whatcha think? (I don't want to eliminate all the traps because I want to keep the spirit of the old days...)

- Only thing I would change now is Raigeki over Lightning Vortex and Twin Twisters over MST if you have a way to get them. Twin Twisters is a pretty common pull from Breakers of Shadow, but I can't say the same for finding Raigeki. It took buying Legendary Collection 3: Yugi's World three times to get my Secret Rare Raigeki (and I'll never get rid of it, among other cards). Funny enough, I also pulled a Secret Rare Levia Dragon - Daedalus from the same pack I got my Secret Rare Raigeki and Ultra Rare Bottomless Trap Hole.--Cyber Dragon (Talk) (Contributions) 22:22, June 8, 2016 (UTC)
Allright! Thanks. I'll look for this cards. Icestrike2142 (talk • contribs) 07:52, June 9, 2016 (UTC)
