can someone tell me why is this a discard cost? it doesn't say discard one card to etc, it just says discard one card fullstop select one card etc etc, can some one explain this please thanks a lot yours Fiend master (talk • contribs) 15:33, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
Because there's this ruling:
- "Discarding 1 card is a cost to activate this effect. Your opponent can chain "Disappear" to the activation of this card and remove the discarded card from play so that you cannot return it to the top of the Deck."

i reed the rulings that's why i am asking but is there a reason why it is written that it is a cost?
