Forum:A few questions about ATK

Hi, I am quite confused with some effects regarding ATK, and I have a few questions.

1. I used Tuning to get Quickdraw synchron, summoned Nitro Warrior with it. After that I activated a spell card, and I attacked a face-up attack position lightsworn ryko, and the opponent used Honest. Which one wins the battle?

2. I had an Arcanite Magician on the field, with two counters. The opponent has Machine Assembly line and summoned Meklord Army of Granel, and used its effect at Arcanite magician. Then I used Call of the Haunted to revive Apprentice Magician and placed a counter on Arcanite Magician. What is the ATK of Arcanite Magician?

3. I had a Power Tool Dragon equipped with Double Tool C&D, and declared an attack with it. The opponent used Malevolent Catastrophe in response and I chained Limiter Removal. 1) If the Spell Card is activated before "Nitro Warrior" is Summoned, "Nitro Warrior" does not gain 1000 ATK during its next attack.

2) Like Gale, Meklord Army of Granel halves current ATK, so Arcanite Magician's effect does not reapply. (2400 / 2 = 1200)

3) 6600.

1) Honest wins. He gives the attack to the light monster, including all additions of attack like the 1k attack bonus.

2) The attack is 1400 since it left the field after granel was applied. Such effects vanish when the affected monster leaves the field.

3) The current attack at that time is doubled. It was 3300, then it is 6600 after resolution of limiter, then it goes back to 5600 since double tool is destroyed.

2) oh, read arcanite and not apprentice to be revived... my bad^^

3) ok, so... when removed it does nothing, but when an equip card is added it applies its effect? Sense? Oh well...
