Hi, I'm a beginner of this wiki. I'm so delighted that I can get access to much information about lots of cards. So I'd like to contribute to this site with adding articles. But I have a question in bringing rulings from other sites. Can I add rulings from "Labyrinth of Rule" and "Yugioh card wiki" in Japan?

Both sites are all in Japanese and they are well-known in Japan. Also they say that they made them by basic yugioh rules I have knowledge in Japanese Language, so I think I have no difficulty in Japanese. I'd like to hear your answers. Thank you.

Only official rulings are allowed here.

IIRC, the last discussion we had was that http://yugioh-wiki.net/ contains both official and unofficial rulings. But they don't mark which is which, so we don't add any of them.

http://home.att.ne.jp/moon/puppiy/rule/ (I think it was also called JERP and was mentioned before), I don't remember whether it is official or not.

Falzar is correct. Lets avoid adding Rulings from unofficial sites in the Ruling Pages. But if you want to add some Rulings there are A LOT of Official Rulings in the official OCG site that we don't have here in Wikia.
