Most people use the Elecs for lockdown, but I think that they can be much more effective as an aggresive deck. Here is my current list:

You may have noticed a lack of attack boosting cards. This is to fully utilise the effect of Messenger of Peace; none of my monsters have over 1400 ATK. Honest is still of great use here as protection for my monsters from attacks and with Twin Swords - Tryce quiped to Elechimera with Robbin' Goblin I can quickly limit my opponets options. Elecure means I will rarely be short of life points, Shining Angel can bring any card from my deck straight to the field, Double Summon can help me quickly gain field advantage and my counter traps, Dark Bribe and Divine Wrath, stop any nasty moves my opponet migh play to spoil my fun =P.
