My opponent summons a naturia bamboo shoot by tributing a naturia cherry, i respond by playing effect veiler: does he gain his effect back after the end phase? I know if he gets removed or flipped-down he forgets how he come to the feild and my logic is similar to the veiler or am i wrong? Please and thank you 74.101.173.35 (talk) 09:32, November 14, 2010 (UTC)Brian
Similar to Forbidden Chalice vs. Beast King Barbaros; Effect Veiler would make it 'forget' how it was summoned, so it won't re-apply during the End Phase. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 09:55, November 14, 2010 (UTC)
- Nitpick: "Naturia Bamboo Shoot" still remembers how it was Summoned. The problem is, its effect only gets switched 'on' when it is Tribute Summoned. When the effect of "Effect Veiler" disappears, "Naturia Bamboo Shoot" isn't being Tribute Summoned again, so there's no reason for "Naturia Bamboo Shoot"'s effect to be switched 'on' again.
- The outcome is the same; I'm just being nitpicky about the details. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 23:14, November 17, 2010 (UTC)
