The Reactors are only there because they are Dark Monsters. As well as the Spirit Reaper.

Tips
- Monsters- Take out Cyber Dragon, Dark Creator , Spirit Reaper, and the Reactors. They just clog the deck, Try adding other Blackwings like Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North (great tuner), try a third Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame. Blackwing - Elphin the Raven is also a very good monster to have (probably at 2), another good tuner is Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield. Using only Blackwings could help you greatly because cards like Black Whirlwind would be able to search for a larger variety of monsters.
- Spells- take out Harpie's Hunting Ground, Terraforming, Monster Reincarnation, Cold Wave. Pot of Avarice can help with draw power since Blackwings typically synchro a lot and can sometimes fill the graveyard very quick, that and it would allow you to get monsters such as Gale back. The others listed don't seem to help the deck much and take up room you could use for very useful traps
- Traps- Don't take out any, add Delta Crow - Anti Reverse, another Dark Illusion, and Icarus Attack
