For example, could I use Swords of Revealing Light when my opponent attacks? Or use an equip card like Axe of Despair to raise my attack higher than my opponent?

- The only spell cards you can activate during your opponent's turn (with very few exceptions) are Quick-Play Spell Cards. Swords of Revealing Light is a Normal Spell, so you can't use it. Axe of Despair is an Equip Spell, so you can't use it.
Cards you can use include Enemy Controller, Mirage Tube and Limiter Removal KazilDarkeye 20:21, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

If an opponent activates a trap/magic card, could I respond with a non-quick play card?
- When your opponent activates a Trap/Spell Card, you can respond with a Quickplay Spell Card or any Trap Card. You cannot respond with any other kind of Spell Card. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 21:47, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
