If nothing else fixes it, move the page causing the error to the old title, and then back to its correct title. Depending on how long ago the original move was performed, attempting the correction move may error out with a "target page already exists" error, in which case you need to check the "delete the target page" checkbox, then for me it always errors out a second time, but that by itself should be enough to fix the problem.

For example, in this case, I had to move Card Gallery:Lightning Chidori back to "Card Gallery:Lightning Plover" and then back; while this move didn't error out, some others I did beforehand did. 「ディノ奴千？！」^{? · ☎ Dinoguy1000} 02:10, February 20, 2013 (UTC)
