Forum:Dark Deck Help?

Hi, I haven't asked for help in quite a while, but I am now because I wanna try out a Dark deck. Any one got any ideas on how to make it better that this?

You seem to be running more unique cards than you should. Anything worth doing is worth spamming.

I should explain some of these. "Field Barrier" is a dangerous choice because of Brionac. Your Deck contains no cards that could protect you from it--all you can do with "Raigeki Break" is destroy "Field Barrier". The 1800 DARK Normal Monsters, while strong, could be replaced by stronger DARK Effect Monsters such as "Dark Valkyria", "Ape Fighter", and "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer".

"The Dark Creator" was a fabulous choice. There are some excellent cards that support DARK self-mill. Consider running more of him/her. Also consider "Dark Grepher", whose effect can set the Graveyard up for "The Dark Creator". The only card in your Deck that can trigger the effects of the Dark World set is "Dark World Lightning", since the other discards are costs, not effects.

I don't believe that the Equip Card shenanigans are necessary, since your monsters are untargetable and can attack directly. "Robbin' Goblin" is a fine choice; the same can't be said of "Yami". "Savage Colosseum" is nice for the Immortals. Instead of the Dark World set, may I recommend some Tuners, since "Stardust Dragon" would make an excellent support card?

First off, awesome card choices, glad to know that there are some people out there that actually want to help. I would try some of these suggestions, if I had the cards. I only have 2 Dark creators, and I don't have any of the other cards that you suggested, but I'm going to a tournament [well, ok, a hobby league] next thursday, so I'll see if I can trade for some. Also, I only have one copy of Stardust, and I put him in my main deck, because I use Shooting Star Dragon & Majestic Star Dragon and I am definitely not giving them up. ~~Haos_Serpenoid_500~~
