If its ATK is 0, can I still use its effect or not? ThanksYusei254 (talk • contribs) 19:06, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
- You're referring to this lore; Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can have this card lose 1000 ATK, and send 1 monster your opponent controls to the Graveyard.? --FredCat 19:13, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

- It sound like a choice but it's requirement to have at least 1000 or more to draining before throw a monster away. If you don't have any more than that, then you're just stuck with no ATK monster. Yet, other conflict you cannot break. --FredCat 19:21, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
- Like LADD, if you cannot reduce monster's ATK, you cannot apply the rest of effect. And Darklord Desire is optional effect, you cannot even declare active its effect if its ATK is lower 1000.--Lê (talk • contribs) 22:53, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
- P/S: Darklord Desire = Dark End Dragon. Dark End Dragon's ruling: "You cannot activate the effect if "Dark End Dragon"'s ATK and/or DEF are less than 500."--Lê (talk • contribs) 22:55, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
