whats up guys,
after being completely out of the loop for about 8 years i finally decided to get into the game again. Inevitably im not quite familiar with current deck types, but picked a vampire zombie deck cause i already liked it back then. i would really appreciate any kind of suggestions or recommendations on how to improve my deck. Thanks
Vampire Zombie

If this is going to be for tournament play, several cards have to go like Heavy Storm, Pot of Greed, Card Destruction, Giant Trunade as they're all banned. --MasterMarik (talk • contribs) 12:09, June 5, 2015 (UTC)
Thanks,
currently i only use it for some casual duels against friends, we dont follow those rules so far Dbzklinch1997 (talk • contribs) 12:18, June 5, 2015 (UTC)
- Have you considered Pain Painter? It makes Summoning Archfiend Zombie-Skull less of a hassle by making 2 of your Zombies Level 2. Zombie-Skull needs 2+ non-Tuners to Summon, unlike Ha Des. ChaosGallade (talk • contribs) 12:22, June 5, 2015 (UTC)
Let's try to reduce the number of cards in the Deck. You'd want it to be as close to 40 as possible.
- Waboku, Negate Attack, and Draining Shield aren't very good. It's usually best to get rid of opposing attacking monsters.
- Replace Sakuretsu Armor with Mirror Force.
- Call of the Haunted is somewhat unneeded since you have 3x Book of Life.
- Call of the Mummy in excessive copies can quickly turn into a dead card. You can take 1 copy out.
- Vampire's Curse feels a little redundant, especially since it has trouble making Bram. You can take it out to increase consistency.
- Not a fan of Pyramid of Wonders. Unless the ATK boost hasn't been significant enough, I would advise removing it.
