Finished - Agents!

Hey guys! I got the Lost Sacntuary deck and I want to complete my Agent build with it. Anybody have an idea of an effective Agent build that utilizes Jupiter, Earth, and a couple of others. I don't really have a restriction on budget, as i own most of the fairies except Kritstya. Thx in advance.--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 19:41, June 22, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

The effective Agent build just use Jupiter and Earth (except for Trishula Synchro, which uses Earth and Venus). Would you like a Jupiter/Earth build?BobaFett2 (talk)

Yeah that would be cool thanks. After looking them over, Mars and Saturn don't really seem to suit my play style. Earth and Jupiter seem to be more my style, so that would actually be perfect.--108.87.189.115 (talk) 00:22, June 23, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

This should work. Dimensional Alchemist is a Fairy-type monster (and is amazingly useful). The Agents are there for obvious reasons. Zeradias trumps Terraforming since he can be used for Hyperion's effect and can be summoned if necessary. You can Tune Earth + anything but Hyperion to make a Level 6 and if you really want to you can make a Level 10. Divine Punishment is more effective than Solemn Judgment because it negates a monster's effect instead of it's summon (which is often more potent) or could just protect Sanctuary in the Sky.BobaFett2 (talk)

Ok this looks good thanks. I'll need to grab the Alchemists though and the bottomless. Anything to replace those until i get em?--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 17:42, June 23, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

Finished - Earthbound Immortal

Hey. I am interested in maaking an earthbound immortal deck? I was wondering if its a good deck and whats the best build for it? --Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 01:10, June 22, 2011 (UTC)

What kind? all of them, or a specific one?
-Resk () 00:17, June 26, 2011 (UTC)

Ummm......idk. I guess not all of them cause there are alot and they all need like 3 tributes. I presume. Idk. Pick the ones you think are the best. 3-4 of them. --Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 02:44, June 30, 2011 (UTC)

They need two tributes and the best Earthbound decks just use one of them (to OTK with).BobaFett2 (talk)

I see. Well. I really like Uru and Chacu effect. So does 2?--Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 01:57, July 1, 2011 (UTC)

Here, this should work. An idea Akiza came up with. Just use the tokens generated from Black Garden for tributes, and use Waboku to protect them. Chain Fires of Doomsday at your opponent's End Phase, which you are allowed to do. Then you immediately have 2 tributes for your turn, since you activated Doomsday at your opponent's End Phase. Lonefire can tribute itself for pretty much any plant in the deck. Mark of the Rose can help steal on opposing monster for a tribute, Call of the Haunted, and Limit help with Evil Thorn, SS an Thorn from your grave, then use effect to get 2 free tributes. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:18, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Ok I get the concept of this deck and it would work good except 1 thing. Whenever black garden is out most players dont normal summon or special summon cause they dont want the negative effects. So they just set and the flip summon which isnt considered a normal or special summon and I dont have monsters to atk with and even if I did i would just give them counters. --Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 02:58, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

Another thing like 90% of the time my field card gets destroyed right after I activate it. And usually ppl wont destroy my field card with other decks I use them in but because of black garden effect. Its gone asap cause ppl hate it.--Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 03:41, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

Pot of Duality is being reprinted in tins, so its easier to get. Just check 2011 Collectors Tins. Try that. It might work better. Since PoD helps increase consistency. Light of Intervention helps force your opponent into "Normal Summoning" --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:09, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

Garden works really well against special summons, since Special Summoning needs to be face-up. Also, so you know this deck was actually made for Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca, since he goes to 50 then gains 3000 ATK potentially. I can also show you that build on request, with 2011 Banlist, with edits for consistency. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:18, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

Here's Rasca:

--Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:31, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

I've also asked Resk to build you his version of Earthbound(s), maybe that will work better? --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:42, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

Yes I see how this card would work out better for rasca I will try this version and Resk version when he makes one. Thank you guys. --Tensa-Zangetsu23 (talkcontribs) 02:27, July 10, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Meklord Deck Help!

I made this post in the forum a couple of days ago. As I am in a rush to start building, and have little time for testing, I would like to get people's opinions on which build I should use for my Meklord deck. It would also be helpful if I could get pointers on the decks to improve them, however I only want pointers from the site's deckbuilders. I need the one I choose to be as competetive as can be.

I am usually crunched for time, so these builds were pulled from deck profiles on youtube. Meklord Alpha apparently had a 13/14 win record, although it's opponents were unspecified. Meklord Beta is a build from Kyo of Team Phoenix. He usually makes semi-budget, highly competetive decks.

So please just submit a vote or a suggestion to any particular deck, but please don't submit your own deck idea, unless it's been tested viciously and shown to be EXTREMELY competetive (must be at least 90% win ratio, Meklord Alpha was 92.5%, for example). Anyways, please vote on which deck I should use. If you are going to suggest modifications to the decks, please no Pot of Dualitys or Solemn Warnings. I am generally a low-budget person. --Canadian Duelists + Karakuri Decks = AMAZING (talkcontribs) 00:05, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

Do not ever use Astros. They cost way too much to use (lots of advantage is lost) and you can't use them late game. If you're using Meklord Army-based decks you should use three Granel Armies because he's really good. Hand Destruction can't be used at all times and is generally a so-so card. Chaos Infinity is definitely not worth using. You should use three Mektimed Blast. I highly suggest adding Solemn Judgment, two Solemn Warnings, and three Dimensional Prisons.

As for Meklord Beta, you shouldn't use Meklord Emperor Skiel-you should use Wisel and Granel. Reflect Bounder is another bad card (it activates during the damage step so you can't Special Summon a Meklord off of it) that you should replace with Malefic Cyber End Dragon. I would highly suggest making it possible to Synchro Summon Ancient Fairy Dragon-with it, you can replace Meklord Fortress with Geartown or vice-versa and gain 1000 LP (or get rid of Necrovalley/Ravine). Chaos Infinity is not a very good card-you should replace it with another Mektimed Blast. It would also be worth adding more defensive staples-Solemn Judgment, Solemn Warning x2, and Dimensional Prison x3.BobaFett2 (talk)

I made a re-build of your Meklord Beta with some modifications (works around Black Salvo-Dekoichi engine) which allows you to blow up the field and Special Summon a Meklord or get rid of a Field Spell. It works well but I still need to do a few more tests.BobaFett2 (talk)

finished unless you disagree :3
-Resk () 21:53, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

That's great! But, if you made any changes to the deck, where would I find the decklist? --KingKarakuri (talkcontribs) 18:50, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

KingKara, BobaFett's on vacation for about a week or so. So you're going to have to ask him about it later. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 19:46, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

Alright, thanks for letting me know. I appreciate the operation you guys run. It really helps beginner deck builders. --KingKarakuri (talkcontribs) 02:51, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, the vacation was a bit sudden, here's a decklist-it's not perfect, I didn't get exactly 80% but that's because Cyber Dragon is becoming more popular (I'd suggest siding "Non-Fusion Area").

The deck goes over 40 cards but that's fine-the Terraforming are "instant deck-thinners". Malefic Cyber End lets you Special Summon a Meklord, the Field Spells let you search, etc.BobaFett2 (talk)

He said not to use Warning, I replaced them with Bottomless, but if KingKara, can get Warnings he should use them. And shouldn't there be at least 1-2 Cyber End Dragon's? --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:16, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

I like the deck. But I have a couple questions:

I know I should probably use warnings if able, but I am a very low budget player. I get all my cards through trades, and prize packs at local hobby league tournaments. Warning is almost $80 a copy, something i could never afford, or let myself buy. I am a very frugal person. My other decks are Karakuri and Zombie. The total value of my zombie deck is about $70ish. My Karakuri deck is worth about $80, because I don't have all the synchros yet.

--KingKarakuri (talkcontribs) 03:26, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Okay: Geartown Special Summons from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. This means that you don't need more than one or two Dragons. Shooting Star is a 2 dollar monster that you can summon when dueling Plants-steal either Stardust or Formula and use Monster Reborn on the other. As for Warnings, you didn't post a budget so I had no idea what was in your budget. Use Bottomless Trap Hole instead of it.BobaFett2 (talk)

Sorry, forgot to write in the Cyber Ends. Also, as I've been testing this on DN for a while, I didn't remember the not using Warnings thing. Also, I've removed the unecessary Level 5 and 4 monsters as they'll make the deck a lot more expensive.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Destiny Deck or Destiny End Dragoon

need help on my deck. I want my deck to be for Destiny Heroes and revolve it around The Destiny End Dragoon

Please and thank You!

want help from:

Dark Ace SP or any other that knows Destiny Cards.

--Vtxmistik (talkcontribs) 00:59, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

I can do this one.BobaFett2 (talk)

Sorry, it turns out I can't. I'm on vacation for a week and I'm busy.BobaFett2 (talk)

It's fine me or Resk will pick it up.--Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 17:29, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
I'll do this. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 22:26, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

Here, use Chain material to get a Rageki via Zero. And well its mostly a Hero deck, and D-Hero Diamond Dude makes a lot of the spells cost free, like Allure and Trade-In. So, how's that? --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:04, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Update

You have a deck in the gallery "Dark Magician Deck REVISED BY TANTARA," and I really do like it, I've been looking to make a Dark Magician deck for a while, and it looks a lot like what I've been trying to build. I was just wondering if you could update it to the current format, make it a bit more competitive, include Dark Magician Girl and Magician's Valkyria, and fill out the extra deck/include a side deck?
Thanks

Finished - Mystic Thorns Deck

Wella s the name implies (hopefully), I would like a Spellcaster/Plant Deck, one that possibly utilizes monsters of the Dark, Light, Earth or Wind attributes. I prefer to have a "standard deck", as in 20 Monsters (excluding Extra Deck), 10 Spells and 10 Traps. No budget, just as long as it doesn't contain cards worth over 15 dollars. I might consider making ti a Swarm deck and including Token Thanksgiving. My current deck-

I hope i did this right. I read the rules and everything yet I couldn't find anything in the archives that satisfied me.Vrdnt25 (talkcontribs) 00:35, July 3, 2011 (UTC)

Did you want it to focus on all the attributes or just Dark, Light and Earth? Since most Spellcasters are either Dark or Light. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:32, July 3, 2011 (UTC)

I would prefer the 4 attributes posted, but I would like Aussa and Wynn included. I just don't like Fire or Water, unless it's a Phoenixian or Black Rose Dragon.Vrdnt25 (talkcontribs) 21:54, July 3, 2011 (UTC)

So , I tested this on Dueling Network, and it performed well. I'm happy the way it turned out. I just played 2 times with the deck, but I won both. Really fast Synchro capability. Here's the links fro where I got the idea. [[1]] and [[2]].

Finished - Frozen Fitzgerald Deck

I'm wanting to build a deck based around Frozen Fitzgerald. I don't have any limitations on funds, so anything goes. I'd like to take advantage of FF's discard effect (maybe some cards that, when discarded by card effect, are returned to the hand or field or something). I already have 3 FF's, and they're currently in an Infernity deck's extra deck. He works well enough when I can't synchro for Mist Worm and such, but he doesn't do well enough in my opinion to validate keeping him there.

I don't do traditional decks, so if something seems either far-fetched or off-the-wall, it'll do fine with me. For instance, my Infernity deck is pure Infernity, meaning that there are no cards in it that don't contain "Infernity" in the name (except Allure of Darkness, Wave-Motion Cannon, Into the Void, Phantom Hand, ZERO-MAX, and whatever is in my extra deck). I also have a spider deck build around cards used by Roman Goodwin in the 5D's anime.

Basically what I'm wanting is a deck built around discarding effects (i.e. any good effects that activate when the card is discarded). Whoever takes this project, thank you SOOOOOO much in advance! Earthbound infernity1 (talkcontribs) 03:12, July 4, 2011 (UTC)Earthbound_infernity1

Here you go,

Basicly, Ojas are easy to get out, easy to retrive, and give hand advantage via discard, so with Junk + Oja, it's fairly simple, while also giving XYZ, Fusion & syncro options,

How's that?-Resk () 21:35, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Warrior Archtype deck

I'm trying to create a deck based on the "Warrior" archtype that Yusei uses, like Junk Warrior and Road Warrior. I'd also like to include some VWXYZ monsters if possible. I'm willing to spend however much I have to. Thanks for the help! Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 23:18, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

I would highly suggest NOT mixing the two archetypes. They're just about as incompatible as Armed Dragons and Inca.BobaFett2 (talk)

Alright, then forget the VWXYZ monsters. Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 23:47, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Use Inferno Reckless Summon, & De-Synchro to spam the field with stuff, IRS can go off of Junk, Quickdraw, Dopple, Reborn, & PoA recycles stuff for you to Dupe if needed,

How's that?-Resk () 01:01, July 11, 2011 (UTC)

Much better than my original idea. I made a few edits to fit in some of my favorite trap cards, though. Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 05:55, July 11, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - WATER Xyz deck

Hey guys, with the new Xyz monsters being released in GENF and PHSW, I've been looking to create a new Xyz-based water deck. So far I'm really liking Shark's Black Ray Lancer and Yuma's Number 17, 39, as well as Steelswarm Roach. I don't know how I should build my deck though. I want it to be able to quickly summon Xyz monsters, but to also be able to protect them from 1 for 1 cards (Smashing Ground really kills me. I have a limit of about $500, but I already have all the staples I could possibly use in this deck.

Also, I wanted to know if there were any more Rank 2 Xyz monsters, other than Gachi, because it could give me a reason to add in two Deep Sea Divas in the deck. Thanks.

Ladycai (talkcontribs) 14:22, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Sure, I'll make you a deck. Also, its not a problem if A Legendary Ocean is included right? Or did you want a Banish Fish deck? From GENF? --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:24, July 7, 2011 (UTC)
I'm not really a fan of having cards that support banished monsters, but if they're really essential in the deck, I'd wouldn't mind adding them. ALO is no problem, and thanks. Ladycai (talkcontribs) 16:29, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Here, use King's effect to SS Oyster(s) for a Rank 3 Xyz, and Level 4(s) Fish for Rank 4 Xyz. Also, Synchro is possible. Read the Armory Arm OTK. Also possible to get Shooting Star. Use King's effect to get Shooting Star. Use Kings' eff to get a Fishborg, Oyster, and any other 2 fish you want. Then synch Fishborg + King = Stardust, then Use borg's effect to get it back, then Borg + Oyster = Armory Arm, then use Borg effect again, token + Borg = Formula Synchron + Stardust = Shooting. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:51, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

Also Pot of Duality is being reprinted in tins, Click the blue letters to find out more! --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:57, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for the help! This deck looks interesting. I can't wait to see how it plays out after those two booster packs arrive! Ladycai (talkcontribs) 18:28, July 10, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Arcana Force - Advanced Format

I know the archetype as a whole isn't very good, but I was hoping you guys could build at least a semi-competetive Arcana Force deck. I'd like the deck to be pure-ish, perhaps with a couple of Lightsworn cards, along with Pot of Avarice for extra draw power.

I have a couple of requirements for the deck relating to what to run:

Thank you for your assistance. --FeatherBrain (talkcontribs) 20:28, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Are you sure no PoD(s)? Its coming out in tins in August, so maybe you want to reconsider? Click the blue letters to find out more--Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 12:42, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

Really? That must have been just newly announced, I just checked the yugioh website yesterday. Anyways, sure, Go ahead and add Dualities. If it is getting reprinted, then it should be much easier to get them. Hehe, a guy at my locals just bought 3 dualities for his Agent deck. Anyways, since it's being reprinted, feel free to add them. Also, if you feel you have to add Arcana Force VI - The Lovers, instead add Gellenduo. It's the same effect, but it's also battle-resistant, and has higher ATK points. --FeatherBrain (talkcontribs) 17:13, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

K, I'll have your deck built in 2-4 days. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 23:04, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

You might have to wait a little longer than 4 days, I'm trying to get different options and thoughts about it, so its taking some time. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:08, July 10, 2011 (UTC)

Here:

The World really no negative effect against the right deck, and just use the Light Barrier instead. I threw in a Terraforming for deck thinning. The deck makes up for lack of Arcana Force, with nice searchers, Herald is just awesome. Its mostly a Valhalla Rush, and Hecatrice helps to search it out. It's a nice Valhalla Rush, I tested the previous version on dueling network, this one should work a little better. Should have around 42 cards.

So, how's that? --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:26, July 11, 2011 (UTC)
Also note I only played 3 - 4 duels with the previous version. You should test this deck on Dueling Network(Google it, if you don't know about it), play at least 15 duels with it, so you get the best possible results. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 22:14, July 11, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - The Strongest Deck You've Ever Seen!

As with the title, I'd like to build a deck around some of the best creatures in Yu-Gi-Oh itself...... the -itsus. Have you heard of them? Their names go a little something like this, Aitsu, Koitsu, Soitsu, and Doitsu. Alone, they're probably the weakest and weirdest monsters you have ever seen, but together..... they're still weird.

For a bit of a challenge if somebody is getting bored around the Decks for free Section, could you make a deck for me that revolves around these guys? Two of them are union monsters, so I guess that's a good place to start. Maybe fairy support too since they're fairies? NotARealUsername (talkcontribs) 17:45, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Inca help!

You have a deck in the gallery called the "IncaDrain" and I really do like it; I've been looking into the archetype for a while, and I came here to look for reference in building it. I was just wondering if you could update it to the current format, make it a bit more competitive, and fill out the extra deck/include a side deck? Perhaps tested, as well. Also, whether or not to use Skill Drain is something I leave to you, deck builder. Whatever you want to do works for me. And I would prefer to leave out the Assault Mode cards. Funds have no limits.

Much obliged.Darkside147 (talkcontribs) 10:24, July 9, 2011 (UTC)

I don't think mixing them would be a good idea, each one on its own might be better, like Hopeless Dragon(In Archives), Machina Gadgets(Archived) or Machina Karakuri Plants, or a Warrior Toolbox(Deck Galleries). Your pick. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:55, July 12, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Machina Gadget Utopia

Hey guys its me again. I heard how Gadgets really made Utopia easy to summon and so I went on the good ole' Internet to find me a decklist. However, my search was in vain. I came on here to ask if someone could help me make a Machina Gadget deck that can Exceed (dont like the term "Xzy") for Utopia whie having Machina Fortress and Gearframe back him up. I have a strict budget (as in no duality or warning) as I am going off to college soon, but I would appreciate the help, because Machinas are what got me back into Yugioh and if they helped make Utopia awesome, then I would like to have it again and have Utopia and Fortress fighting side by side. Thank you very much guys! Chaos Machinicle (talkcontribs) 06:17, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

Here, this should work. I only have 2 Offering, but you could add in another. Utopia is already out, the other 2 Xyz I have listed will be out in upcoming Booster packs. Just use Ultimate Offering to get out a bunch of Gadgets, then Xyz. The rest is fairly simple. --Dark Ace SP™ (Talk Ω) 13:23, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Mirage Knight Based Deck

Please build a deck for me based around Mirage Knight. I want this deck mainly for sentimental reasons (I love Mirage Knight), but I would like for this deck to be as competitive as possible. Finished - Gusto Deck

Please, I need a Gusto deck that is good enough to beat a flamvell and/or juracc deck. Keep in mind that i am on a budget.--Draguar (talkcontribs) 23:18, July 15, 2011 (UTC)

A budget of... what? and do you want the FTK build?, and OCG cards fine,?
-Resk () 02:23, July 16, 2011 (UTC)

My budget is $100 and yes i want the ftk build and ocg is okay--Draguar (talkcontribs) 03:19, July 16, 2011 (UTC)

From BEWK:
"

Main combo:

  1. Search for Brain Research Lab, Mind Master, and one other Psychic-type monster. Summoner Monk can be used instead of a Psychic-type monster. Use it to search for Calm, Silent Gusta.
  2. Activate Research Lab.
  3. Summon both monsters.
  4. Tribute monster to activate the effect of Mind Master, milling through all the Psychic monsters in the deck, and end with a face-up Calm.
  5. Activate Calm's effect, returning the two Calms in the grave back to the deck to draw one card.
  6. Tribute Calm to activate Mind Master's effect, summoning another.
  7. Repeat Step 6.
  8. Repeat Steps 5-7 until you draw all the pieces of Exodia.

Since all of the cards in this combo are easily searchable, this may be one of the most consistent FTKs ever made. -bewk 18:57, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

"
As most of the cards are either commons or OCG, it's a bit hard to price, but it should be cheap due to most of the gusto stuff going-to-be HA cards thus easy to get
How's that?

Here. The decks pretty straight forward, if you want explanations, please ask. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 00:28, July 17, 2011 (UTC)
Its a Skill Drain Version. So You can Normal Summon Fusilier and Barbaros without tributes, then activate Skill Drain, so their effects that affect their ATK negated, so they become 2800 and 3000 ATK Beatsticks. That also negates the effect of the Malefics, that limit them to just attacking, so all the monsters you have can attack. Proof of Powerlessness is a cool cards that lets you abuse the easy summoning conditions of the Fusilier and Barbaros. Dark Bribe is just good to negate the annoying cards. Eradicator Epidemic Virus is useful to blow up set traps. Like Mirror Force and Torrential, or even Solemn. Pretty deadly. Resk destroyed me with his version, and this is pretty similar. I'm actually gonna build one too. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 02:14, July 17, 2011 (UTC)

This deck is cool, when you make ur malefic deck and you see this one could use the same fixes could you plz tell me?

Im talking about if you see any fixes this deck can use, could u please post it

If you want it competitive, and OTK, then it's probably abundance rather than Rainbow :3, that fine?

sure an abundance otk would be find ^_^ no price limit. 74.74.95.147 (talk) 07:01, July 17, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - The Black Rainbow

--Hello, Hello. This is our wacky guy Lexsuncion here.

My request is none other than a Deck to summon Rainbow Dark Dragon! But wait; There's more! Being who I am, I love my warriors, and as such, I thoroughly enjoy Rainbow Neos. There is also a handful of other crazy stipulations and fun twists and turns. For the daunting deck builder who feels they're up to the task of beating their skull hopelessly against my insanity, the guidelines are as follows:

-> Rainbow Neos is the goal, through Rainbow Dark Dragon. -> The cards "Unity" and "Yu-Jo Friendship" Must be present, even if they're terrible for the deck. -> The closer the focus is on Warriors, Such as Destiny/Elemental Heros, the better. -> Scrap Dragon Must be in the Extra Deck (Not that hard to do *Slips it in*)

My main opposition are a Fabled and Dragunity deck. I'm not looking to make a deck focused in taking out any particular deck type, as I've loaded my current draft down with Counter-Traps in the spirit of Anti-Meta. So far, we have a Dark, Counter Trap deck with the "Potential" to do many things, but little possibility to back such potential. There is a lot I would love to do with the deck, but I've stretched myself thin in my wanting, so now I turn to you for help. Lexsuncion (talkcontribs) 12:40, July 16, 2011 (UTC)Lexsuncion

I made a start on this, then used it as a DFF trial, but it's been a week or so, so if you'd like me just to finish off my build for it & post it for you, please respond,
sorry for delay ^^;
-Resk () 00:49, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Go for it. Im in no rush, especially since I don't actually have a Rainbow Dark Dragon, yet (At least I have a Rainbow Neos and Rainbow Dragon!). The deck as it stands is a stalling deck that tels other decks its not allowed to do stuff (Negate, Negate, Negate!), so I would love to see it pick up and actually do something ;) Lexsuncion (talkcontribs) 03:26, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

K. so this is the... 6th? iteration of the deck, been thowing ideas off of BF2 & DASP (so glad I have a short user name :3), only for most of them to be countered by rulings i forgot to check :3, Anyway here we go:

-Resk () 13:52, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Useless you can gear it more toward DARK/Warrior cards(Hard, I know...), then it looks fun. My only downside is that I don't have a good number of those cards. I'll try and see what I can piece together with this set up and let you know how it works! While Im here talking about a poor-guy translation, what subs do you think you can suggest for:KingOTSwamp, Merchant and Fishborg. Beyond that, im only(lol, "Only") Missing key cards, like Rainbow Dark Dragon(lol, wut?!) and those expensive or hard to find ones ;) Lexsuncion (talkcontribs) 11:22, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

Are you saying that the deck is useless? Anyhow, there is no substitute for Magical Merchant. Without it, you can't reliably make Rainbow Dark Dragon.BobaFett2 (talk)

I don't know how you came up with that conclusion; the deck looks fun! As for Merchant having no sub; Darn. Like I say; I'll have to piece together what I can from my cards for now; work has my hours cut by large degree, so for now rent/food has card-buying on the back burner =/ Lexsuncion (talkcontribs) 02:07, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Gem-Knight Deck

This time, I'd like a Gem-Knight deck; and see as how one of the required fusion material monsters for one or two of the Gem-Knight fusions is a Thunder monster, I figured you could add a couple Thunder King Rai-oh and make something of an anti-meta deck out of it from there, but it isn't necessary. OCG is fine, and nothing overly expensive please.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 12:11, July 17, 2011 (UTC)

I'll do this one. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:22, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Mekanikle Machinas

Hi guys, my friends told me I could get help for deck building from this site, so I decided to come on here and see if I could get a little help. A while ago, Machinas got me back into this crazy game and my friends called me a "Machine" because I used them and nothing else. But I soon scrapped the deck and moved on to others as it never worked in tournaments. Now, as my last deck before college, I want to make something with Machina Fortress again and Ive decided to bring the Meklords into the mix because I'm such a fan of Aporia in Yugioh 5DS (My friends keep telling me that they are "my" monsters). So if it is not too much trouble, I wish to ask you guys for some help, in making a Machina deck with Mekanikle in it (I found out that you can get him cheap on troll and toad). So, that's my request, please and thank you. Aporia's Apprentice (talkcontribs) 04:36, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Here: Machina-Mechlord Deck, to get an idea. The video is not mine.SoulRipper (talkcontribs) 16:52, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

I see how he works the deck and its a good idea, but I was looking for something that could help me get Fortress to the field while waiting for Mekanikle's materials to summon him, then use Pot of Avarcie to throw it all back into the deck for later use. Also Malefic Cyber End is good material for Fortress but he, as well as Mekanikle can become a dead draw. However, I do appreciate showing me the video as it does contain ideas for the deck (And Magical Hats is a fun way to get the materials for Mekanikle to your hand when Sangan and two Meklord Fortress are the targets). Thank you. Aporia's Apprentice (talkcontribs) 21:33, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Let me just say that Meklord Astro Mekanikle is a horrible card, no matter what the deck. He makes you lose 3 cards in your hand, sure theoretically Pot of Avarice seems great, but the reality is you'll probably be using it to recover Fortress and other better Machines. We could add a few Meklords into the mix of course like, Army of Granel, and maybe 1-2 of the Meklord Emps? But I can try, if you really want. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 12:36, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

I understand that its a terible card, because Konami really messed it over. I know that loosing three cards in hand is really bad, but if it's not too much trouble I would really appreciate it if you could make a deck. If it seems to hard to make it and it doesnt work, I'll understand. If it really doesnt work, could it be converted to deck that uses the Meklord Armies in unison with the Machinas? It's just I really miss using the Machinas, but I dont want to do Machina Gadget. Whatever you can do, I'd be very grateful. Aporia's Apprentice (talkcontribs) 00:06, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Here ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:03, July 21, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks alot for your help. Now I just need to get my hands on two Pot of Avarice and three Smashing. Oh yeah, and Burei, he's gonna be hard to get but I do have a few level 7s I can throw into the extra deck. I play tested it against one of my friends who is a machine player as well and he liked the build (He beat everyone at a tournament a week ago with his build). So thank you again, and thanks for allowing Machinicle to fit! Oh and one more thing, this deck is capable of pulling out Utopia which can help me in a jam. Thanks again! Finished - VWXYZ

Hello everyone, I have another request. Could anyone make me a machine-type deck that focuses on the vwxyz monsters? No limit on prices or anything. Dr. Bob (talkcontribs) 16:33, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Make a new section, and check the Decks Galleries, M and V, should be some there, just tell me/other deckbuilders if there no good. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 16:44, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Neo-Spacian

I need a Neo-Spacian deck for my little brother. He's looked through the Archives and doesn't like any of the ones made so far. Can anyone help? Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 20:00, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Well, what does he have a problem with exactly. Boba or Resk can take this one. But I'm just wondering. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:17, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
I'm not sure. I think something about how there's too many non-Spacians? That or that they aren't close enough to Jaden's.. Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 22:20, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Jaden's is terrible, as all anime character's decks are. I can make a Neo-Spacian deck that is just about as good as Neo-Spacian decks can get.BobaFett2 (talk)

"Neos by Bluedog & Edited by Resk" in the deck galleries is pretty much entirly jadens cards bar 2 in the main deck, and 6 in the extra, if that works for you
-Resk () 23:24, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
I think there's one in Deck Gallery K-O. Its in M. Boba its one you made, you know the Miracle Hero Version, named "Miracles Happen in Space"! ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 01:59, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Laval Lockdown Deck

Who's up for the challenge of making a Laval Lockdown deck, I looked in the galleries and didnt see it, so if I missed it im sorry. But this I have seen around and have been curious because it destroyed my malefic deck multiple times, so what im looking for is this Laval Lockdown deck to somehow become a lockdown or control deck, I would like to where I give my opponent can do little to nothing on their turn.Liquidkills You (talkcontribs) 23:28, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Lavals don't create lockdowns. Perhaps you should try another deck?BobaFett2 (talk)

Their pretty good as Synchro decks and they have something's in common with Flamvell, like 200 DEF on some monsters. If that's an idea? ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 02:30, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Wind-Up Synchro

I would like a Wind-up deck that has respectable speed and can synchro summon. I don't have a budget, but don't have any xyz yet, so would you include two extra decks, if you could. That way, I can add the xyz monsters when I get them. ^_^ Thanks for any help you give me. My current decklist is a little slow, and I don't really like it, but here it is. Feel free to change it as much as you like, or just give me a new decklist.

Thanks again for any help you may have! Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 15:45, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

The problem with Wind-Ups is that they don't Special Summon or have inherent properties that lend themselves to Synchro Summoning. The best would be to either use the Plant Engine or Deep Sea Diva + Cherry Inmato engine.

This should work.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thank you very much! The only problem I could see with this is that I may run out of Wind-Ups. However, I will see how well this works. What surprised me the most is that you only used one Wind-Up Zenmaister. Thanks again! Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 17:02, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

The Synchro one is quite good, it bested a T.G. (the good kind that tries to get lots of 5s) Deck thoroughly. The reason for having so few Wind-Ups is that you have as many as you'll need there: I kept out all ones that don't gain advantage or protect themselves.. One Zenmaister is enough-he works for Wind-Ups but you need room for other things.BobaFett2 (talk)

Ok, thanks for explaining that. I know they aren't very good at swarming, but I hope for a card or two in the next pack that will change that. ^_^ Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 17:07, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Oh, and one more thing. Do you think I could incorporate the Cherry Inmato and/or Diva Engine? If so, how? Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 17:12, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Replace Spore, Glow-Up, Dandylion, One for One, and two Lonefire with three Cherry Inmato and three Deep Sea Diva. Also, you'd have to modify the extra deck (no Formula or Shooting Star-add Armory Arm and whatever else you want). Lastly, you'd need more Pot of Avarice. You could take out ROTA for one.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thank you very, very much! I'll try both versions and see which I like better. Oh, and I am especially glad about your quick response. Thanks for that, too. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 17:23, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

You're welcome.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Savage Beating Help

I'm a casual player and would need help fixing my deck. The theme is pretty obvious, using Savage Colosseum and high atk beasts to wipe the opponent out. Although I've won a few duels against my friends, this deck seems to be quite inconsistent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once again, thanks ^_^ The Not so Great One (talkcontribs) 19:14, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

The reasons for Playful Possum and Wind-Up Kitten:

Possum self-destructs. This is good for two reasons. The first is that it allows you to get out Green Baboon. The second is that you can play Airbellum during your next turn and Synchro Summon Naturia Beast since it comes back (and can't be gotten rid of while destroyed). As for Wind-Up Kitten (which has not yet been released), it can return a monster your opponent controls to their hand. This is awesome-send any monster and you still have Wind-Up Kitten out. Then, if you have Wanghu, he dies, and you get Green Baboon. Alternatively, you might have a Solidarity or two and maybe a Burden or two-Wind-Up Kitten will still be strong enough to deal with many monsters. But wait! There's more!-it can ALSO be used to make Naturia Beast. Savage Colosseum + Final Attack Orders can backfire and with Light of Intervention it just takes up too much space although it isn't a bad strategy. As you probably know, Berserk Gorilla can self-destruct if you'd rather have Green Baboon. I have no idea what your budget for this is but in case it matters you don't need all the Synchro Monsters (one or two copies at most).BobaFett2 (talk)

Alright! This this seem like a much more consistent build. I see what you meant about the Savage Colosseum + Final Attack combo requiring too much much. It seriously took away from potential field presence of more important cards. Not to mention, I completely overlooked Playful Possum's self destruct ability. P.S. In your opinion would Solemn Warning or Bottomless Trap Hole be more useful? The Not so Great One (talkcontribs) 20:33, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Warning is more useful but it limits the usefulness of Baboon.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thanks again, I'll just run one of each The Not so Great One (talkcontribs) 20:59, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Steelswarm Deck

After looking at a few possible Steelswarm deck builds, I've learned that they can be surprisingly competitive; however, the builds themselves were... off a bit. Therefor, I'd like a deck based on them please. You should know the drill, OCG is fine (they should be coming to TCG soon enough anyways), and nothing in the Solemn Wishes price range.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 22:47, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Did you mean Solemn Warning? Because if your price range is Solemn Wishes then this deck will be very difficult to make. --MrDuelPro (talkcontribs) 03:14, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

After, you answer Pro's question I'll make the deck. And I hope its the former, and not the latter. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:27, July 22, 2011 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure he meant Solemn Warning. Perhaps you should make the deck before he replies.BobaFett2 (talk)
Yeah, I'll get on it. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 01:15, July 24, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, I apologize, I meant Solemn Warning.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 01:37, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

K, I'll have the deck done tomorrow, since I already started. The latest by when the deck should be up could be day after tomorrow, least is tomorrow. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 02:25, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Here, use Dark Grepher and Armageddon Knight to get Steelswarm Scout to the grave to use his effect, then tribute summon Moth or Girastag. The same tactic can be used for Plaguespreader Zombie, which in turn gives you some easy Synchros. Use the Recurring Nightmare to reuse some of the Steelswarms, like Needle and Caller, maybe even the big tribute monsters if necessary. First Step Towards Infestation helps you tag out a huge Steelswarm monster you have to protect it from cards like, Bottomless Trap Hole, Dimensional Prison, Torrential Tribute, and Mirror Force. Rest are for consistency and protection. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 16:19, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks, great name by the way... I LOVE Metallica.

Finished - Divine Neos

Anyone up to the challenge of creating a deck centered around Elemental HERO Divine Neos? Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 04:40, July 21, 2011 (UTC)

I hope this works for you. It's full of draw power. Future Fusion, Miracle Fusion, and Parallel World Fusion allow you to Fusion Summon Divine Neos three times as well as allowing you to Fusion Summon better HERO Fusion Monsters as well.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - help please a deck in a second

I have used many decks in the past but now im stuck. the deck I want you guys to make is a deck that i can not seem to make. the specifications are that it must be able to bring out a level 8 synchro monster on the first turn. it must be consistent through out the duel and it must have an answer to almost any situation that it must face. The cards in the deck and extra deck do not matter as long as i can use this deck in less than a week. the deck must be flexable as possible yet still fun. cost is not an issue i might have all the cards. the deck you guys will be building might end up being my main deck thanks.

Would you like a Resonator deck or a Dragunity deck?BobaFett2 (talk)

i would like to see what a Resonator deck is capable of because the dragunity deck is too weak fr its monsters.

Okay, I'll make a Resonator deck. Also, a well-built (non-Leyvaten, triple Vajrayana, etc) Dragunity deck is very, very powerful.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Final Countdown Stall

A friend of mine had a Final Countdown deck that really wasn't meant to be competitive...until no one could beat it. I remember it involved finding Final Countdown with cards like Gold Sarcophagus to search it out, and then cards like Marshmallon and Kuribon to stall, topped off with Golden Ladybug to delay burns and add a hefty amount of lifepoints just in case the stalling is, well, stalled. Anyways, take whatever approach you deem necessary, as there is no spending limit. The only requirements are that it is as competitive as possible, and revolves around Final Countdown. I would also appreciate it if it didn't revolve around the effects of synchro or exceed monsters. Thanks in advance. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 02:08, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

I'll take this -Resk () 02:23, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

This is the build I used to use, basicly you play 1 card per turn & for the traps, just activate it during the standby phase and let the opponent do whatever as you have a clear field,

It loses instanlly to Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En & Naturia Barkion & Royal Decree though, which is why i stopped using it :3

How's that?

It's that reliant on traps? And yeah, it looks great. I always wondered, though, what are good cards to use Gold Sarcophagus on once you've played Final Countdown? Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 03:23, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Any stall card, ie: Fader/Scarcrow/Roar/Thunder/Wabo, or if playing someone who doesn't have Brionac, or many destruction cards, Spirit Reaper
-Resk () 03:29, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Perhaps Mystic Piper/Kinka-Byo engine?BobaFett2 (talk)

Works like a charm! The only problem I seem to have is getting Final Countdown out. I can stall until it happens, but I'd rather not use my better stalls until I really need them. At the same time, I can't help but notice how futile it is against burn decks. Either way, when not put against counter or burn decks, it works great. I'm very happy with it :P Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 23:33, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Just side in 2-3 Prime Material Dragons
-Resk () 23:42, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

The only decks that burn works against are slow decks (especially Final Countdown). There's not much you can do about it (side Extra Veiler and/or Damage Eater).BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Need to build a Venom Deck. Help?

Hey guys. I like making decks with older archtypes, so I was thinking of making a Venom deck that gets Venominaga out fast. Problem is, i've seen decks that have 3-3 of her and i dont know how many i should have. I've also heard that Anata is a good card to have in, but i thought i'd ask for some help anyway. Budget isn't a problem. Thnx in advance--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 02:23, July 25, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

There should be a Venom deck in Gallery U-Z. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 02:33, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Ananta is bad for the deck since it makes Venominaga weak.BobaFett2 (talk)

Oh i wasn't aware of that. thnx then--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 20:23, July 25, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

Finished - Ninjas?

Lol since I wasn't aware that a Venom deck had already been posted in the forum, I'm going to take this opportunity to ask if anyone had a good build for a Ninja deck. After doing some research I've found that they supposedly work really well with beat and insect cards, but i don't really know how one should go about building a ninja deck. Any help would be fine thx--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 20:29, July 25, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

I'll go ahead and throw this together. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:53, July 26, 2011 (UTC)
Can I use cards like Silver Ninja, it will be in Photon Shockwave. And is Pot of Duality fine? PoD is in tins next month. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:01, July 26, 2011 (UTC)
I think I've found two ways to go. 1) A Ninja/Warrior Toolbox Deck or 2)A Ninja Insect Deck, your choice. I think the Tools would work better though. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:29, July 26, 2011 (UTC)
Just so you know, both will be mostly Beatdown in style, except the Tools will be able to get what it needs. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:31, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

Thnx for the feedback. Is silver ninja gonna get a english print? I tought photon was gonna be in japanese. Also POD is fine since it'll be easier to come across one soon. Go ahead and make the ninja toolbox. I've had bad experience with insects and beatdown suits my play style better anyway thnx.--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 19:08, July 26, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

K, so there's only 6 "Ninja" monsters, total, their the only ones with somewhat decent effects. The rest are useful Warriors that can be used in various situations. Marauding Captain can help with Xyz summoning Number 39: Utopia. The only monster in here that is not a Warrior is Steelswarm Roach, so be careful when using with Solidarity. And I know the total count is 42. It should be fine. I didn't test it, but it should work out. Anyway, enjoy. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 19:40, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

Ok, I'll piece this together when Pot of Duality comes out. Thnks for the help--Nahson13 (talkcontribs) 19:50, July 26, 2011 (UTC)Nahson13

Finished - Unique Malefic Deck

Hello. I'm an amateur duelist looking for a well-built,fun,and good deck. I only have a few specifications for the deck.

1. I dont really have a budget, so go all out. 2. I am a fan of Malefics (specificly Malefic Truth and Melefic Cyber End)and Destiny Heroes, so if you could make a mix of them that would be great. Maybe Clock Tower Prison would run well in this deck? 3. I want the deck to be as unique and good as possible.

Thank you for your help,Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 23:35, July 25, 2011 (UTC)Tigerclaw123

You can send Destiny HERO monsters to your Graveyard to be brought back with Destiny Draw, Snipe Hunter, and Card Destruction. Allure of Darkness adds more draw power to your deck. The two viruses, Eradicator Epidemic Virus and Deck Devastation Virus get rid of a lot of your opponent's cards at the cost of one Malefic monster. Fear Monger brings back Dasher, which is in the deck because it's the second-strongest Destiny HERO (other than Dogma).BobaFett2 (talk)

Thank you very much for the deck. I've tested it on dueling network and havent lost yet. I'm not trying to ask much of you but if you get time sometime, maybe you could make another deck for me? This one is a little more vague. I want a deck that utilizes the three Simorghs. If you can't make a deck with all three of them, then I prefer you use ancestry or divinity because I've seen Dark Simorgh to many times. You don't have to build this deck but I do not have the deck building skills of you.I would really appreciate. Once again thanks for the other deck Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 03:34, July 26, 2011 (UTC)Tigerclaw123

Please create an other request. That makes it easier for us to Archive/Gallery the decks. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:44, July 26, 2011 (UTC)
Also you don't need to add "Tigerclaw123" after you sign. Just use 4 tildes ~~~~. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:48, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Another deck request

Here is my request for the Simorgh deck again. If you can build a deck with any of the three Simorghs, preferably all three, if not than the ancestry and divinity. Other than that I give you full creative control. I don't believe in budget so have fun. Sorry with all the requests, this one is to show a friend the deckbuilding skill here. And I think it will be a fun deck. If I am requesting too much, just tell me.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 06:58, July 26, 2011 (UTC)tigerclaw123

I'll take this one.BobaFett2 (talk)

I hope this works for you.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Clown Deck

This time, I'd like a clown deck if you please (the type that abuses the effects of Crass Clown, Dream Clown and Blade Rabbit). And if you could work in Peten the Dark Clown into it, as unnecessary as it may be, that would be great. Same conditions as always, OCG is fine, and nothing overly expensive please.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 01:52, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Does this work for you?BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Final Request for a while

Im probably getting annoying with all the requests. Btw thanks for the last deck, which is just as good as the first one made for me.This will be my last request for a while, because my ideas have ceased...for the moment. I want only 2 things for this deck. And once again I have no budget.

  • 1. It is based around Silent Swordsmen and Silent Magician, if you can only do 1, than Silent Swordsmen.
  • 2. It is fun,unique, and good.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 05:57, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I'd love to try Silent Swordsmen alone, Silent Magicians are not good. Also, it's fine posting a few requests in a row: it's not annoying unless you're one of those users who asks for ridiculous things like sticking Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes in every deck.BobaFett2 (talk)

It's not really annoying at all, only if you insist on having a random card in the deck, and besides we signed up for this job. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:30, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

This deck uses the Silent Swordsmen and Royal Decree to lock your opponent. I haven't tested it out yet. BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Need an opinion...

Hi guys. So, yes this is the list that is in the archive(slightly modified by a friend of mine who had some crazy ideas that made the deck faster), but I need a simple opinion: Could this deck Xzy Summon? I know we only have Gatchi Gatchi, Greno, and Utopia, and I know we are getting others in the next pack, but I'm just wondering if I should allow this deck to Xzy. I can Xzy for ranks 1, 2, 3, and 5, but I'm just wondering if you guys think this is a good idea, and if you do, I'd appreciate it if you would modify this deck a bit( I'm thinking of maybe siding cards that would allow it to Xzy, I'm not trying to make another version of this deck). Well, I hope to hear from you guys soon, thanks! Chaos Machinicle (talkcontribs) 06:02, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Nah, no Xyz Summons. All Level 1 and 2 Xyz Monsters are underpowered, plus you can't use them in further Synchro Summons (like Armory Arm and Formula Synchron). BobaFett2 (talk)

I focuses the deck on Tuningware a bit more. I added in some staples, took out some cards that used to be better (Magic Cylinder and Swords of Revealing Light), and took out Cyber Dragon (not needed, late-game dead draw), Penguin Soldier (an amazing card but with three Tuningware and Machine Duplication you don't need it), and some other stuff.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thanks for modifying the deck, it's much faster now, but is there anything I can put in besides Librarian, Scrap, and Duality? Chaos Machinicle (talkcontribs) 04:16, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

Librarian is actually pretty key (With Junk Synchron, Quickdraw, and Doppelwarrior, you can get Librarian and Nitro Warrior and still have 4 cards in your hand) for this deck but Ally of Justice Catastor and Magical Android are acceptable substitutes (at least one Android if you can't get Librarian). Scrap Dragon, on the other hand, is unnecessary, albeit amazing. Stardust Dragon or Thought Ruler Archfiend would be acceptable substitutes. Pot of Duality will come out in tins on August 30 and they'll be quite cheap but until then Upstart Goblin works too.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thanks. To be honest, I have been playing with this build on DN and I haven't played Librarian once, yet I've won almost every duel. Junk Destroyer, to me is my Scrap Dragon as I use 3 Tuningware and either Quickdraw or Junk Synchron, without losing a card on my field and gaining hand advantage( a guy actually quit a duel against me because of that). Thanks a lot though, you've made this deck fast and made Tuningware scary to some people and impressive to others, just what I was going for. Chaos Machinicle (talkcontribs) 02:18, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Getting Back Into the Game

Hello, I used to play years ago and recently made some new friends that are still into it, so I'm trying to get back into the game. However, while I still have all my old cards and remember the rules, I don't have much of an idea on what makes a good deck. So if one of the deckbuilders could, I could use some suggestions, even if there are cards I'd need to buy.

Here's what I'm looking for. I remember my style of playing tended to favor warrior and beast-warrior types. I like to have a good balance of strong, easy to summon attack monsters and defensive monsters with useful special abilities. The opponents I'll be playing against tend to use decks that depend on a combination of Final Countdown supplemented with things like Gravity Bind and Ground Collapse to keep one from attacking them before they automatically win the duel, so I'd like my deck to be able to handle those types of situations. Is this something that can be done? Thanks so much!

I'll do this.BobaFett2 (talk)
Once he signs his post with ~~~~ :p-Resk () 13:38, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Oh, did I need to sign it? Sorry, I'm new to this. Thimes44 (talkcontribs) 16:46, July 28, 2011 (UTC)User:Thimes44

No problem, it's just a policy. I could make you a competitive X-Saber Deck (Beasts, Beast Warriors, and Warriors) but it would be expensive. Alternatively, I could make you a beatdown with Warriors or with Beast/Beast Warriors. What would you prefer?BobaFett2 (talk)

I don't even know what an X-Saber deck is, so let's go with the second one with warriors and beast-warriors. Thanks so much! Thimes44

T.G. are really good atm too, (Beast/Beast-warrior control deck)
-Resk () 21:53, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

And even more expensive.BobaFett2 (talk)

The good T.G. decks don't use the syncros so..... no not really
-Resk () 21:57, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Actually, they do Resk. All the people who used T.G. in the North American Championship regretted using Wanghu. Good T.G. decks Synchro Summon Librarian and Wonder Magician and get lots of +s then get Shooting Star Dragon .BobaFett2 (talk)

The ones in europe were fine with wanghu, which would also mess up their opponents more so, as it's easy to play around with,
-Resk () 22:04, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
-Resk () 22:04, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I'll have your deck posted tomorrow.BobaFett2 (talk)

This should work for you. There's a lot of new cards but they're all less than 10 dollars except Solemn Warning and Dimensional Prison (The Super Rare Duality will probably be about 10). Dimensional Prison and Warning can be replaced by Sakuretsu Armor and Bottomless Trap Hole.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thank you so much! It looks great! Now to look up how those cards work! Thimes44

Finished - Laval Inferno

Hey I recently became interested in Lavals and was wondering if someone would be able to make a a highly competitive Laval deck. If possible i would like it to be swarm but anytype of deck would be fine. Uhh using any cards is fine Ocg and Tcg there is no price limit so feel free to use any cards.

Thanks Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 21:07, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I'll do this. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:46, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Can I make a Flamvell and Laval deck? I'll also test the deck,so give me some time. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:56, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

=o and flamvell hum this will be interesting you can always post a few varients if you want =p Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 22:15, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

if your up to make 2 decks try to do a flamvell/laval one and one w/o flamvell just make it competitive if yah can =p Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 22:16, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I just saying that the one with the Flamvells, will be extremely competitive, since after you you Firedog's effect you will have access to Level 5,6,7, or 8 Synchros. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 01:59, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

sounds great cant wait to see it Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 02:28, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Here, so the main cards are Firedog and Rekindling. Firedog lets you search for either Magician, Tender of the Laval Volcano, or Laval Forest Sprite. Which let you Synchro summon a Level 8, 5, or 6 monster, respectively, or you can go into Laval Lancelord, which can then get you into a Level 7 later. Cannoneer is there for Banished monster Reuse. Trap Stun is so you can create your monster plays without problems, Flamvell Counter is a nice little card for Flamvell/Laval Decks. BF2 also helped with some edits and such. I know the card count is 43, but with all the Lightsworns it should work out fine. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:42, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Dragon Deck

"Hey, Would you look at this deck for me?"

I have basicly created this deck from scratch, and am looking for some good input to take it to the next level.

I have not attended any local's but am looking into attending one soon, and wanted to get my deck ready

Dragon Deck

Monster Cards

  • 1x Stardust Xiaolong
  • 2x Man-Eater Bug
  • 2x Magna Drago
  • 1x Dread Dragon
  • 1x Decoy Dragon
  • 2x Masked Dragon
  • 2x Debris Dragon
  • 2x Mirage Dragon
  • 1x Delta Flyer
  • 1x Armed Dragon LV3
  • 1x Armed Dragon LV5
  • 1x Prime Material Dragon
  • 1x Tiger Dragon
  • 1x White-Horned Dragon
  • 1x The Creator Incarnate
  • 1x The Creator
  • 1x Felgrand Dragon
  • 1x Light and Darkness Dragon
  • 1x Blue-Eyes White Dragon

Spell Cards

  • 1x Fissure
  • 1x The Cheerful Coffin
  • 1x Ekibyo Drakmord
  • 1x Mystical Space Typhoon
  • 1x Creature Swap
  • 1x Swords of Revealing Light
  • 1x Dragon Ravine
  • 1x Soul Exchange
  • 1x Cost Down
  • 1x Monster Reborn
  • 1x Stamping Destruction
  • 1x Foolish Burial
  • 1x Offerings to the Doomed

Trap Cards

  • 1x Trap hole
  • 1x Call of the Haunted
  • 1x Torrential Tribute
  • 1x Shift
  • 1x Mirror Force
  • 1x Nightmare Wheel
  • 1x Enchanted Javelin
  • 1x Malevolent Catastrophie
  • 1x Shadow Spell
  • 1x SpellBinding Circle
  • 1x Rope of Life
  • 2x Dust Tornado

Extra Deck =(*Most are just fillers)

  • 1x Stardust Dragon
  • 1x Red Dragon Archfiend
  • 1x Iron Chain Dragon
  • 1x Jurrac Meteor*
  • 1x Ancient Flamevell Deity
  • 1x Atomic Scrap Dragon*
  • 1x Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste
  • 1x Majestic Star Dragon*
  • 1x Shooting Star Dragon*
  • 1x Red Nova Dragon
  • 1x Number 39: Utopia*
  • 1x Grenosaurus*
  • 1x Gachi Gachi Gantetsu*

As you look at the list you will kind of see where I was trying to go with this deck, and its been working pretty well, but it could use a good upgrade. I have recently set my eyes on 1x Thought Ruler Archfiend(even thought its not a Dragon), 1x Trident Dragion, and 1x Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Price isn't a problem. Looking forward for some input, and be as harsh as you can, even if you advise to throw the whole deck out, I would honestly want to know.

  • on a side note I am considering making a malefic/toon deck(sounds weird, trust me i know but i like to be unique), all advise is highly apreciated.

The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

I think you meant Extra deck when you said Side Deck, and did you want a Disaster Dragon Deck, if so there is one in the Deck Gallery, for A-E. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:18, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Tell me if that one/ones will not do. Also no need to delete any post on this page, unless one of us Deckbuilders/Admins see it as extremely offensive. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:20, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Not exactly a Disaster Dragon Deck but something more adaptive that revolves around a variety of powerful synchros. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

One of the hard things seems to be finding decent four star tuners preferably dragons. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

There's Delta Flyer, which can give you some flexibility. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:07, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Would you like a deck kinda based around him? And then, Synchro like crazy? Using REDMD? ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 04:13, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Not exactly based around him, but that's definetly a good idea, infact i took out my flamevell magician and replaced it with one delta flyer just now. I apologise, I am very picky lol, but I want my deck to have options, and too many of one monster restricts that. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

I'll get this, -Resk () 13:55, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

That should work for you, any questions, just ask,

-Resk () 14:10, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I don't know. With only three tuners I fail to see how I would be able to Synchro anything more that one Monster from my extra deck per duel. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

One of the things I tried doing with my deck was try to make it, so I could summon powerfull Dragon monsters as fast as I possibly could, and one of the ways I tried achieving this, was to have alot of cards that allowed me to toss and retrieve cards from my graveyard, and also have enough tuners so i could tune at a moments notice. I like the Gold sarcophagus, but don't know if its worth 2.

That's what Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon is for. I'd suggest Dragon Ravine.BobaFett2 (talk)

I apologize, I now see your point of view, and I sincerely apologize again for wasting anyone's time. Thank you for your time and I appreciate the patience. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

First up, Might I ask why you removed DASP & BF2 from the deckbuilders list?
Back to the deck, Gold Sarcophagus is for searching Future Fusion to set up grave as fast a possible, Dragon Ice is a 2200 def 5 star who is easy to summon, Masked Dragon searches Delta & maintains field, troop dragon maintains field & levels, REDMD give a free summon per turn, to allow level control, tool box & other options,
-Resk () 15:13, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I havn't the slightest on how I deleted them, some sort of editing glitch, I apologize. I understand that each card in this deck has a purpose, but they can be somewhat restricted in its use. I am looking for a deck that can adapt to what is being thrown at it. Something that allows me leeway on how I play them. The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

How about a Light and Darkness Dragon? Pretty good against anything. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:31, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

It stops your effects too and you need tributes.BobaFett2 (talk)

I was thinking REDMD, but yeah the stopping your effects too thing knocks it out. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:01, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Totem Dragon gives easy tributes, and you just -don't play cards & gain card advantage- while L&D is out :3
-Resk () 21:50, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

So, yeah, what do you want :3 list 3 things in order :D

-Resk () 00:26, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Looked it over, the deck sounds good, thx.

The GingerBredMan (talkcontribs)

Finished - Empty Jar

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Decks_for_free!/Archive8#Finished_-_Jar_Deck_Help

This is the empty jar deck I am using currently. Needless to say, it kicks ass, and it's fun to use. The absolute major problem I seem to be having, however, is against people using decks that have more cards than my own, specifically 60 compared to my 40. The only way I have been able to win was when I had (somehow) managed to use Book of Eclipse five times with only three copies, along with a Card Destruction. Even so, I only had ONE card left in my deck when I had won, and that was only because I had used the Feather twice.

No cost limit, TCG-only, all I ask is that you make this deck more effective, or an even more effective Empty Jar deck. Until then, I'll just stick to this one, and, well, do more math than I'd ever think necessary for a yugioh duel ._. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 05:55, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

That is the most effeciant it can get, it usually has no problems against 60 card decks, due to, as you say, reusing Card Destruction over & over, and regardless of you being 1 card off deck out, as you control your remaining cards, I don't really see what the issue is :3
-Resk () 10:20, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Momentary Truce. You need three. It's not out yet but it will be soon.BobaFett2 (talk) Momentary Truce works as a Hand Destruction, which I don't need any more of. The point is I need cards that target them INSTEAD of both of us, as if they have a bigger deck they tend to win because, well, I deck out faster. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 06:22, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

No, Momentary Truce HELPS you use Hand Destruction. Your opponent draws a card, allowing you to make them discard two. You also thin your deck, getting to Morphing Jar more quickly.BobaFett2 (talk)

I've never had trouble using Hand Destruction. They've seriously had 5 or more cards 95% of the time. The problem I have is by the end of the duel, I will need them to have drawn up to 20 cards more than I have, which is hard to do when trying to use Morphing Jar as many times in one turn. Anyways, if everyone agrees that this deck can't be made any greater, aside from adding Momentary Truce, you add a big 'finished' on this.

Finished - Reactor Merchant

So, I was looking at the Reactor cards, and was thinking they'd be fun to use (negate attacks, damage the opponent for doing pretty much anything, what's not to love?). The only issue is, Flying Fortress SKY FIRE, the trump card, is a bit too hard to summon, seeing as how it's pretty easy for the opponent to stop you from assembling all the reactors, and playing them takes a long time anyways. Dark Flattop's effect seems like a better way to summon it, so I was wondering if a combo would be possible with Magical Merchant. I got up a skeleton, but I feel like there are a lot of filler cards that could be replaced with something better, to get the combo rolling. So far I have:

As you can see, Magical Merchant makes it very monster-heavy, but I feel like some of those guys don't do too much. Things like Cyber Dragon and Dark Salvo help me get Dark Flattop out fast, but it's only useful (beyond stalling purposes) if I have Sky Fire in the grave. I'd like to be able to get the ball rolling on the main combo (Play Merchant, SKY FIRE into the grave, revive a synchro material for Flattop, and use its effect on Sky Fire) a bit faster. This is on an online simulator, so there's no price restrictions, but no Xyz, as it doesn't support them yet. Thanks in advance! --User:Thepantheon 19:30, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

So you want the deck to,
  • Summon/Get Flying Fortress SKY FIRE to grave quickly
  • Synchro Dark Flattop quickly
Correct?

---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:30, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

You know Dark Flattop can only summon Flying Fortress SKY FIRE after it's been summoned succefully first, right? (Like Level Modulation + Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8)
-Resk () 21:49, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Oh yeah, forgot about that rule, whoops. Hmm, well this could work for the idea I had in my head, using The Dark Creator + a few Lightsworns = Chaos Flying Fortress SKY FIRE! Like that idea? ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 22:39, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I wasn't aware that it had to be summoned successfully the normal way first (I hadn't thought to check for rulings on it outside of Dark Flattop's page). If it has to be special summoned the normal way first, then the Dark Creator/Lightsworn combo sounds like a good idea. --User:Thepantheon 23:00, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Another Request...Again

Thank you for the last deck. It is actually my favorite one. This request is about "Rose" monsters. I was looking at black rose and blue rose dragon and more rose monsters came up. I just figured since there was an abundance of them, that a deck could possibly be built around them? No Budget, I want you to try and build this deck around Black rose..only if you can. Thank you, and good luck.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 21:57, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I already built a deck around Black Rose Dragon/Plants, will that work? Check Deck Gallery P-T Letter R, it should be "Rosa Alto Draco V. Ace". ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 22:45, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I like the deck, but the idea is more about roses, and not just plants in general.Nobody has to build this deck, and your deck should suffice. I just like decks based around, not really types of monsters, but the groups of monsters in general. Thanks Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 23:13, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I got the message you sent. That will work. I play both ocg and tcg.

Its a Tengu Plant, with Roses. Just know that Tengu is TCG only and the Queens are OCG. That's the best I can come up with. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:51, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Dark Highlander Turbo

After reading a recent issue of Shonen Jump, I feel a sudden impulse to use a deck based around Dark Highlander. Same conditions as always, and I'd like it if you could work in Dust Lord Ash Gash and any other related cards, please.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 22:18, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

I'll do this. Mind if I don't use Dust Lord Ash Gash (he just isn't any good).BobaFett2 (talk)

Yeah, it's okay. I figured as much.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 22:32, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

This should work for you.BobaFett2 (talk)

Thanks, works pretty well.--KuroNoir (talkcontribs) 17:08, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Darklord 2011

Hey i was wondering if you guys could make me another deck. This time i was interested in a deck that can use the Darklord cards such ad DL Asmodus, Desire ect. I would like this deck to be competitive as possible and it can use any engine. There is no price limit on this deck. Cant wait to see it ^_^

Don't set Marshmallon or the Fool unless you need to stall.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Luck based Deck

I have been playing online and I have been looking for ideas or a deck that is mainly based on dice rolls and coin flips with cards like sasuki samurai #4, snipe hunter, needle wall, and the like. Mainly I would like a basic deck, maybe 20 or so monsters, and a few spells and trap cards with the whole deck built around this concept. If I knew how to post decks in that nice, neat format, I would post what I have been tinkering with. I realize that this deck will not be consistant, but I want it to be fun. I als do not want to use arcana force unless it is some sort of great card. There are already decks for that. I dont mind if you sprinkle in nice one off's like dark hole, torrential tribute, or monster reborn. If you can somehow help me deal with all the syncro and fusion decks that abound and somehow stick to the theme, i would apprieciate it. Arkieboy72472 (talkcontribs) 15:49, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

I think i can actually make a fairly meta-ish one of these.... I'mma taking.
-Resk () 18:00, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

Hopefully that is random enough for you :3

-Resk () 18:23, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

How will i summon the XX-saber monster? I didn't expect the deck you built, but I kinda like the theme. I will try it today. Thanks for your help so far!!! P.S. This is the deck one of my friends put together for me today, and though I like it, I really like some of the effects that your deck has!

Arkieboy72472 (talkcontribs) 19:08, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

The deck doesn't actually have any Anti-Synchro Stuff except for one card (which isn't enough to make it Anti-Synchro).BobaFett2 (talk)

I was looking for a quick deck name but yea, your right. It is a fun deck but gets owned big time by anything with syncro in it. Sometimes, I luck out and beat a fusion deck. I hate that I had to break theme to deal with a card type that is dominating the scene but such is life. I am liking the deck that was made for me, I just had that question about the saber card. I took it out and didnt substitute anything else. Arkieboy72472 (talkcontribs) 22:09, July 29, 2011 (UTC)

He might have meant XX-Saber Fulhelmknight, not Faultroll, but I can't be sure, since I'm not Resk. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 23:47, July 29, 2011 (UTC)
Oops, I kinda did :3, sec though for syc
As for anti syncro, 3x Compulsory Evacuation Device usually sorts that, while in my build the Solidarity / Scrubbed Raid/Shrink is oft enough i found :3,

Ehh, have another one

Finished - Lockdown/Stun Deck

One of my favorite deck types, by far, is Lockdown. I love everything about stopping my opponent from using, well, what they need to use. I've yet to find out, though, how to properly assemble any amount of cards to make an effective Lockdown deck. My friend had made an angel deck, combining Angel O7 with Royal Decree, Archlord Kristya, and Splendid Venus, which actually works pretty well. It negates traps (not his own) and effects, while also decreasing all the opponent's monsters by 500 ATK. If he somehow managed to get both Victorias out, he'd also have an attack lock. Then another friend of mine tried using one that really only worked because he got out Wall of Revealing Light early, paid 5000 LP, and then burned with Wave-Motion Cannon, and Stealth Bird. So, well, I want a Lockdown deck that is effective, is up to date, and can hold it's own when used against other competitive decks such as meta decks. No price limit, TCG-only. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 02:49, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Would a Rock Stun deck work? It has the ability to let you choose what to negate and what not to negate, plus most of the monsters have 1900 ATK. Its not a Lockdown, but its pretty consistent, one of my favorites to use on DN. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:31, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

That sounds like it'd work great. Lockdown's my favorite, but Beatdown is by far the funnest. Pulling off a little of both will keep me from dying of boredom :P Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 01:17, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Here, just so you know, the Koa'ki Meiru can't stop Counter Traps, but everything else is fair game. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:49, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Sky-Scourge

This time I want a deck-lockdown kind of deck, using the sky scourges...try not to use norleas, i see him to much. Btw Thank you for the deck ace. Oh and no budget, so have fun. And make it as competitive as possible. Thank you,Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 04:11, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Sky Scourges can't create a lockdown unless you have Yata-Garasu.BobaFett2 (talk)

Okay, it dosent really have to be a lockdown, just a competitive deck using the sky scourges.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 02:42, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

I believe there is one in Archive 8, that Resk made. Doesn't use all the Sky Scrooge, but it works. Check that, it dose use Norleas, but only 1. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 15:26, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Here's the link: Sky Scrooge Deck with Hyperion ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:26, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Mystical Knight Of Jackal

Please help me with my Jackal deck I need a deck that has very aggressive type to it so i can beat my friends

Please Help, Arcana Knight--Arcana Knight (talkcontribs) 05:22, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

This should work for you. To provide ample tribute fodder, it uses the WATER Synchro Engine.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Naturia Extrio Lockdown

I've been wanting to make this deck for a while, but I haven't ever been able to figure out how to build the deck. It uses "Naturia Extrio" to stop your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards. The best way to do this is by sending "Naturia Beast" and "Naturia Barkion" to your Graveyard with "Gale Dogra" but it's costly in Life Points. Any other good alternatives are also welcome.BobaFett2 (talk)

Well, you could always have a deck that focuses on summoning either Naturia Barkion or Naturia Beast. Then use The Earth - Hex-Sealed Fusion to special summon Naturia Exterio. Also, if you have Naturia Beast and Royal Decree out at the same time, you can create the same lockdown, which may work even better. That's an easier version, if you can't get the Hex-Sealed Fusion out in time. Hope that helped! Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 16:32, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Please, don't comment on this page, unless you are a deckbuilder, and if you do please make sure its your request. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 17:04, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Destiny Barriers

Hello! I'm back with another request. My Destiny Barrier deck is one of my decks that doesn't work exactly like it should. One issue is that my Extra Deck seems kind of tight on space for other things. If someone could please help me with either a new list or just an edit of this one. This deck has some competitive potential, so I would like you to make it as competitive as possible. Which means I would also like a side deck, please. There is also no budget. Thanks ahead of time! ^_^

And yes, I know the Triangles need to go. They were in there for Diamond Dude, but they were often dead draws due to the lack of a lot of Ice Barriers. I also thought about a 3rd Moray of Greed. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 17:15, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry for delay, kinda forgot :3, should be up shortly

Finished - Vylon 2011

Hey i was wondering if someone would be up to making me a vylon deck. Pretty much just looking for the best possible vylon build that is possible :o. I have already checked the archives and have seen nothing that looked like what i am envisioning. So pretty much for this deck [ No price limit- OCG and TCG are fine-any engine is fine-Highly competitive if possible-fairly good draw power to get plays off] :D cant wait to see what you guys come up with this time never dissapointed with the builds you guys make. I just saw your part about you having checked the Archives, well fine I'll make you another one. Give me 1-2 days. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:22, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

alright sounds good thanks Dark 74.74.95.147 (talk) 21:43, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Its gonna take a little longer than 1-2 days, so just be patient, I'll only post up the build once I'm happy with it. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:02, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

This is the best me and Lappyzard can come up with. Resk helped too, with the Cyber Dragon idea. Sadly, not sure how Competitive this really is. Just too many blind spots in the deck, by that I mean, the monsters are kinda weak, and can't really defend themselves. That being said, the main focus is to Synchro summon quickly. For that Cyber Dragon, which lets you go into a Level 7,8, or 9 Synchro or Trident Warrior which goes into Level 7. The traps help ensure, to an extent, the safety of your huge Synchro monsters. Personally, I think Vylons aren't that great, however I did try my best to make this as competitive as possible. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 03:37, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

D gonna go test it out now thanks

Finished - Junk Dragons

I've seen a lot of dragon decks on here so I don't know if anyone wants to pick this deck up since it might be similar but tight now i am kinda using this deck but i want to see how someone else would make it and if it would work better or if it just bad to mix the two.So basically junk monsters I use to search the grave and dragons to search the deck to synch a lot,I have the deck I built already posted for advice(http://yugioh.wikia.com/index.php?title=Forum:Junk_dragon_help&t=20110731083748) Feel free to edit this one or start from scratch and show me a different way it could be used,I don't really mind either way, thanks.

Vash36 (talkcontribs)

Personally, I think this is a bad idea. They really don't work well together. But individually they really good. Check Deck Gallery A-E, letter H, for Hopeless Dragon builds and Deck Gallery F-J, letter J, for Junk Doppel/Junk builds. Also some the dragon builds have Synchros and good ways to search for the tuners. One on this page for example, look above. If one of the other deckbuilders wants to try this they can. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:20, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Ohhhhhh...THAT's the card I was thinking about. I kept thinking I was missing something. Summoner Monk...well...crap...I didn't remember that card. Okay

There's one more card than necessary, but I'm not sure what to take out.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Exodia Mill

Alright, the last exodia deck claimed to be an FTK. Out of 3 duels, it died on the third-ish turn because I used Into the Void, realizing that the card had NO proper usage, even if you had no exodia pieces in your deck. The first time around, I had 4, and needed one more. I drew a Broken Bamboo Sword, and had to mill my hand. The second time, I had none, and drew one, and then had to mill my hand. What this made me realize, however, is there is one point where an exodia deck might work. What if you made a mill deck out of it, getting all the pieces in your hand or graveyard, then moving the remaining BACK to your hand? I know Dark Factory of Mass Production can get the four limbs, and Sphere of Chaos can get the head. Is this a good idea? If it is, I'd love it if someone could make it into a deck. If not, can someone at least make an exodia deck more reliable than the previous one? Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 05:26, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

All FTK decks are inconsistent or have banned cards which make them unusable in Advanced. The Exodia FTK is the most consistent one. If you get Royal Magical Library on your first turn and no pieces of Exodia you have an almost guaranteed win.BobaFett2 (talk)

I've actually yet to get Royal Magical Library, so that may be the problem. If the entire deck focuses on that card, is there any way to get it out faster?

Nope. That's why it's inconsistent-it's an FTK. With good shuffling techniques you should have a decent chance of drawing it on your first turn.BobaFett2 (talk)

I'll make you an Exodia Mill Deck but the most reliable one is the FTK (against meta decks-slow decks work against a lot of non-meta decks).BobaFett2 (talk)

I just don't like the fact that it's so reliant on one card. If you can make a deck that can stall enough to get out the five pieces rather than draw enough, I'll be happy. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 13:08, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

Here it is:

BobaFett2 (talk)

I'll test it out now, but there are 15 traps.

We edited the FTK build too btw,
-Resk () 13:39, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

I tried that one, too. It worked out well since I drew Royal Magical Library, and Summoner Monk on the first/second turn. Summoner Monk does the deck wonders, especially special summoning Royal Magical Library in defense position. Dragoonsnake (talkcontribs) 13:59, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Gemini Hero's

Can i get a Gemini Hero Deck, Equal parts Gemini and E-Hero? I have no limitations, except no Lightsworns. Alboono (talkcontribs) 10:51, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Need a grading!

Can someone grade my Elemental HERO deck? It's my favorite archetype, so I want my deck to be perfect.

Thanks! Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 21:03, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

In hindsight, this deck is awful. Can someone create a better one? There are a few things about it I want:
  • Except for Stratos, no Manga HEROes
  • Based around Fusion monsters that use "Avian" or "Bladedge"
  • Contains the "HERO" spell card series, including Hero Flash!!

Thanks! Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 23:13, August 4, 2011 (UTC)

The problems include:

  • HERO Fusion decks are generally bad except for Voltic Fusion Gate decks and Miracle Gemini. The HERO Flash Series is bad as well-the only really good card is E - Emergency Call and O - Oversoul. The best Elemental HERO monster is Stratos, the second is Neos Alius (which wouldn't help this deck), the third is Voltic.BobaFett2 (talk)
Still, I like a challenge. Otherwise I'd make a Dragunity deck or something. Fangzntalonz (talkcontribs) 23:44, August 4, 2011 (UTC)
How's that?-Resk () 12:16, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - new water/wind deck?

This request is about the new water/wind monsters in generation force. Take those monsters, throw in 1-2 double summons if you don't mind, and overall make an xyz deck. I think it might be easy to summon revise dragon, aero shark, and empty space sea lord (if thats his name). Also fill the rest of the extra deck with other easy-to-summon-with-this-deck xyzs that come out of generation force...or any other set. Thank you,Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 08:15, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

So, you want a banished fish deck, more or less? ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 14:09, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah. All of their affects are based around that so yeah.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 15:04, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

Not to rush anyone or anything but its been 3 days since I posted the request... are you working on it Ace or is someone else? You guys are probably just busy or something.Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 15:04, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

Dark Ace SP is working on it.BobaFett2 (talk)

Its actually in the Forums currently, however I am still editing it. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 17:02, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

I just seen Banisharks in the forums. Bobafett, I like your idea about the tour guide-Levair deck, because Levair is my favorite xyz in gforce. The only problem is the budget. Normally I wouldnt have one, because I just use the deck on Dueling Network, but I would actually try and build this deck. I could get tour guide, but it would take a very long time. Like I told Dark Ace, maybe I could run poke dra with 1 double summon , easily xyz, or use gagaga magician, another easy xyz card. Thanks,Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 19:15, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

Oh, and also could you throw in Aqua Jet, because thats my favorite card in gforce, considering you permanetley give a monster, in this deck, 2000 or higher attack. Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 19:25, August 5, 2011 (UTC)

I went ahead and made my own deck on dueling network. If I knew how to make a decklist, I would. You dont have to make this deck. My deck isnt that bad, so Ill just keep it.Thank you,Tigerclaw123 (talkcontribs) 12:58, August 6, 2011 (UTC)

I think the deck I made is quite good right now, I'll go ahead and post it up for you.

Air Orca is just good at clearing the field, then when it banishes itself Wing Tortoise can be Special Summoned. So, the main and quick play is to summon any Xyz monster is to summon a Level 3 monster in the deck, then Special Summon Shark Sucker, then Xyz. Use Skull Lair and Forgotten Temple to banish your Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua types. Then Fish and Kicks is just awesome, its a MST and Compulsory Evacuation Device. Since most of the monsters are Level 3 and Xyz(s) don't have levels, Gravity Bind and Level Limit give some stall. Also, there is another request named "WATER Xyz" deck above that had a budget of about $500, that one is a bit more tournament like, but this deck can still hold its own. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 13:55, August 6, 2011 (UTC)

Finished - Tour Guide Tengu Plants

Another request =p just to keep ya guys busy. This time my request is tour guide tengu plants, i have a current build but its not cutting it and i need a better one for an upcoming 1k competition.thin Of course i would like this to be competitive ect the only thing is for now only use 2 tour guides ( do not have a 3rd atm and i think 3 would be to many) and of course it must contain tengus and a plant engine. Thats all :D cant wait to see what ya guys come up with this time the last deck ( vylon ) was pretty impressive i hope the same for this. Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 05:59, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

=s anyone up to trying to make this? Ddxassasult (talkcontribs) 20:23, August 4, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry for the wait, I think most of the deckbuilders have been busy. I'd highly suggest three Tour Guides (while it does cost 100 dollars, it is amazing and it's best run in threes). If you don't like three Tour Guides, add in another monster that is a valid target.

This should work.BobaFett2 (talk)

Finished - Anti-Meta Deck

I'm going to be competing in some tournaments soon, and I'm an O.K. duelist. But the problem is, my old deck isn't good enough anymore. And I suck at deckbuilding. So I was wondering: Could you build me the best deck you can to counter all those goddamn Six Sams and the like? I have no budget limit. Thanks in advance.
